- AWalacea woodsJul 24, 20261.0DO NOT RENT HERE!!! My bf and I have lived here for 15+ months. We have experienced mold in the ceiling bathroom, in the living room walls, dog pee & feces EVERYWHERE, and not to mention the leasing office giving incorrect information regarding the units. Not to mention random fees and lease violations for not having renters insurance, even though we've had it since the first lease was signed. Upon moving into another unit this month, I left items because we were EXTREMELY rushed into moving; they changed the lock code on our door while moving between units, and even had the make ready crew there BEFORE our move out date. They literally walked right in, no notification of them coming at all. One of the items left was an heirloom blanket from a family member that was a hand stitched, and the leasing office just shrugged and said "Well we can't do anything, they threw it away". Very unprofessional and unhelpful. We also were supposed to have a balcony, and neither of our units have had/has one, even though that's what we were told and given on the floor plan. Honestly if I could give negative stars, I would. If you're were looking into these, just rent the apartments across the street, The Boheme.
