  I love it here. Very quiet and well managed apartment. Staff is so nice. Barbara, Audrey, and Daja are amazing - Ventura has a wonderful staff here. Community is great. They have fun social events and the grounds are so clean. Responsive maintenance team. Wonderful place to live

  I’ve been touring apartment buildings in my area and this one has stuck out by far to me and my partner. Absolutely beautiful units with comparable prices to others of lesser quality. Miss Catalina was extremely friendly and helpful with our guided tour and layed all of the financial information simply for us. I definitely hope to be able to call this home soon

  I would like to give a well-deserved shoutout to the maintenance team; they truly are the best. Every time I submit a request, it is handled in a timely manner. Beyond their incredible technical skills, they are consistently kind, respectful, and pleasant during every single interaction. What sets them apart is their proactive approach, whenever they are in my apartment for service, they look out for other minor issues and address them immediately. For example, during a routine inspection, they noticed my toilet was constantly running and replaced the pump the very next day. On another occasion, a team member noticed a sticking door handle and replaced it on the spot. Just today, while handling a bathroom request, they noticed my door lock batteries were running low and replaced them without hesitation. (I didn’t know they were low!) Their commitment to emergency and off-hours service is equally incredible. Last winter, I placed a request for a water leak around midnight, and a technician was at my door just 20 minutes later. Most notably, while I was out of town, my garage door randomly opened late at night. A team member called me immediately and offered to secure it so my home remained safe. Whether it's replacing a recurring problematic dishwasher rather than just patching it up, or kindly bringing my packages inside while doing inspections, their attention to detail is unmatched. They never resort to a "landlord special" band-aid fix. This is without a doubt the most professional, reliable, and trustworthy maintenance team I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. A special thank you to Alejandro and Nick! This year is the most I have ever needed help from maintenance, and I am sure you are tired of seeing my requests by now, but I appreciate you and the entire team so much!

  Tengo un mes en estos apartamentos y la verdad estoy tan contenta. Todo es fabuloso. Los de mantenimiento son excelentes y Catalina la mejor. Lo recomiendo

  I lived at this apartment for over 12 months, and my experience during my stay was generally good. Unfortunately, the problems began after I moved out. Management is now trying to charge me for items they claim needed replacement, including handles, pulls, and other hardware throughout the apartment. They stated these items were different from what was originally installed, but I provided proof that they were already in the apartment when I moved in. I also submitted a video showing the condition of the apartment when I moved out. Additionally, two months before I moved out, they automatically withdrew $160 from my bank account for a cleaning fee without my authorization. Despite this, I still left the apartment clean, with the exception of the oven. Now they are billing me for more than $500 in additional charges. They also asked whether I had turned in the inventory and condition form. I explained that I gave it to an employee in the office when I moved in, but they are now claiming they lost it and are still holding me responsible. I have documentation, photos, and videos to support my position. Due to the way this situation has been handled, I am seeking legal assistance. While my stay at the property was pleasant, the move-out process and disputed charges have been extremely frustrating and disappointing.I wish I could post pics & videos showing proof but if you like to view them feel free to message me and I can show you of the shady acts of Coles Crossing Apartments I have more on yelp and other sites ppl need to know what to watch out for
