It is crammed full of fees for any possible inconvenience they could experience. The fees are also ridiculously pricy. It's especially a shame that the community and homes are both quite nice. A good place ruined by corporate greed.

The front office staff is outstanding—especially Deja and Barbara, who are always helpful and welcoming. The maintenance team communicates clearly when entering and leaving my home, and they’re consistently prompt in completing service requests. Overall, I’ve been extremely impressed with my experience living here.
