She was always available and 'on top of things' through the entire process...from listing, to showing, to negotiating, to closing. We highly recommend her.

Sylvia made this complicated process so easy, and her communication about how the home was being viewed in the marketplace was exceptional. From the time the house was listed to receiving the offer that we eventually accepted, only three days passed, and that was in a buyer's market. I give Sylvia a lot of credit for this. She provided recommendations on things we could do to give the home an advantage with prospective buyers. I have no doubt that this was one of the reasons the home sold so quickly. You are competing with so many other homes on the market, and often, it is the small things that make your home stand out from the one that is being sold down the street. They know what they are doing here! I would strongly recommend Vidaurri Realty to anyone interested in buying or selling a home.
