- KPKayce PattonJul 4, 20265.0Lived here for 2 years and loved it. Management is always accommodating, communicative, and kind. Maintenance is fast and efficient. Common areas are generally well kept and they were always making improvements. Wendy was so welcoming and made me feel as if the whole team genuinely cared about my quality of living, experience, and getting to know me. Good apartment management is very hard to come across, but they exceed.
- TYToria YoungApr 27, 20263.0I spoke to a neighbor in the elevator and said she really likes living there. I like the garage, however, the hallways are very dark. I think the apartment was nice! But I was not a fan of the balcony full of pigeon poop. It seems as though even people living in their apartments, have to deal with it as well by looking at their balconies.

The community is well-maintained, thanks to James and the maintenance team, who are always consistent in keeping the property in great shape. I also appreciate the monthly resident events, which create a great opportunity to meet neighbors and build a sense of community. Keith and Wendy are amazing—always friendly, kind, and excellent at communication. They truly make living here a great experience! If you’re looking for a well-managed, welcoming place to live, I highly recommend West 46th Apartments.
