  Very disappointed with the move out process and lack of communication. My move out date was August 31, and I was told my security deposit would be mailed the week of September 21. It’s now been over two weeks, and I still haven’t received it or an itemized breakdown. I’ve reached out multiple times and rarely get a response, often being directed to an AI bot instead of speaking with someone who can actually help. The lack of communication and transparency has been extremely frustrating. I expected much better from the move out process
