- RFRori Fk8Apr 3, 20231.0Not worth the rent! 2 years ago I was paying $690 in rent for my 2 bed 1 bath. I have been here for 3.5 years now. The carpets were old and the interiors aren't that pretty but definitely worth $690. Even worth $780 after they increased it. However they are increasing it yet again, my totals are now $1,300. Car break in's happen almost every night here, someone WILL steal your package ALWAYS, there are no security cameras anywhere. They do one of the worst jobs at moving snow or salting sidewalks. Hallways are rarely vacuumed. The building reeks of cigarettes on the weekends. Trash! Do not recommend, rent is too high.
