  Hemos tenido una excelente experiencia hasta hoy, no falta uno que otro vecino malcriado pero la amplitud de los townhause es incomparable. Mis hijos, mis mascotas y yo estamos contentos con este espacio para vivir.

  Be careful with signing up for a lease. They automatically opt you into a Rentplus credit reporting that they make you pay for on top of your rent cost and if you forget that you have to opt out of it by calling the company you will see a bill on your rent for additional 15$ a month. I was able to call the company after the fact and get the charges removed. It is a scammy practice.

  Maintenance is terrible, management is awful, and expect to pay a move out fee for any little they can find. If you are considering this place versus another, choose the other.

  If you're a person of color don't move here. There is alot of racism going on here and the office/corporate people won't do anything about it. They will also rip you off your deposit and make up lies about what was being deducted. If you clean the place, they still deduct you for it. I should've left the place trashed after all. Also, charging me for a garage remote I returned but they lost is very unfair. They even charge you for the dust that comes out of their filthy filters that dont get changed. They make you write down what you've found that needed attention from the previous tenants, then proceed to charge you for thier screw up. This is the worst place to live in Sioux Falls. Don't let the neighborhood fool you, just save your money and go elsewhere.
