  I've loved living at Beal Townhomes. The amount of included amenities in my townhome (garbage disposal, double stall garage for every unit, a fridge with a water dispenser and ice maker, hardly any carpet, etc) as well as only paying gas and electric has been so convenient. The location is hard to beat, and the management/maintenance team is fantastic. Rebecca and Terry in the office are wonderful - it is very clear that they are both very knowledgeable and enjoy what they do. Jorge is a wonderful maintenance tech, making it easy to communicate about work orders and always does great work. Thank you for the wonderful residency, Beal Townhomes!

  Way better than the star ratings makes it out. When signing they did tell me about the credit reporting service which I was already aware of based on reviews so be sure to opt out if you dont need it. Overall, for the price it has been great. They plow fast and emergency repairs are handled quickly. The bad: our unit gets way hotter than past places and our electricity was quite high in the summer approaching $300 in the hottest month for a 1 bed which is more than I paid at a 4 bed house a few years prior. The walls are not sound insulated as good as some places. It's not outrageously bad but you will hear your neighbors talking and snoring.

  Maintenance is terrible, management is awful, and expect to pay a move out fee for any little they can find. If you are considering this place versus another, choose the other.
