  Don’t live at Autumn Park Apartments. I lived there for 2 and a half years and it was the WORSE experience of my life. The office staff were always mean and rude and didn’t care about messages. There’s constant noise that even if you report it that they just tell you that it’s “normal household noise” which is not the case. They could care less about enforcing quiet hours. Pest control doesn’t do anything when they do their quarterly checks. All they do is look in the kitchen and set sticky traps which is not enough. I had a huge problem with bed bugs and the office didn’t care at all. The new office manager Emily is super mean and rude and doesn’t care about residents. Community laundry is awful and residents don’t care about switching their laundry around in a timely manner and half the time it’s left and the machines are not able to be used because people are super lazy. They charge you for all utilities including a new trash pickup service for which they will charge you a fee whether or not you participate in it or not which is stupid and ridiculous. The AC units are absolutely awful and inefficient as they run every 5-10 minutes which is not good. People leave the doors propped open and the office could care less about it as they don’t keep a close eye on it. Don’t count on packages being delivered securely because places will literally leave it in front of the mailboxes or even in front of the buildings and the office also doesn’t care about that. They also charge you an insane amount of money for carpet cleaning and new paint to the point that I received none of my security deposit back. Save yourself the headache and avoid Autumn Park apartments at all costs because it is not worth it.

  I leave in Autumn park about two years ago Love it not to far from school,shopping Great maintenance service never had problems with management also they did outstanding job round winter time

  Pésimo servicio la secretaria es una pedante, no ayudan a darle solución a nada los apartamentos en mal estado y la renta por las nube Busquen algo mejor que estos apartamento no valen la pena. (Atrás de los muebles estaba así cuando me lo entregaron )

  Management (Emily) and the staff have been extremely unhelpful. I’ve called multiple times over several days without getting an answer. On the rare occasions someone does answer, they take messages but never follow up, so issues remain unresolved. I moved out over a month and a half ago and still have not received my deposit. Since the change in management, the quality of service at this property has noticeably declined. I would not recommend Autumn Park. I also have proof that my unit was thoroughly cleaned and well-maintained prior to moving out.
