  The location of these apartments is very peaceful and far enough out of Rapid City that it’s enjoyable. The staff is also amazing.

  Everyone on staff is super nice and made our move so smooth and easy. They answered all our questions within 12-24 hours. The neighborhood is very respectful, quiet, and kind. Property is always clean and very safe. So far, no complaints!! Very nice place to live!

  Just moved in, but wow, what a great staff. Facilities common areas kept clean, package drop offs are very convenient. Great storage areas. Full five stars well deserved.

  Just moved in. Couldn’t get couch up the stairs and maintenance stopped everything he was doing to help me get my couch up 2 flights of stairs. He was busy & did not have to. But they are so nice and helpful. Great place to live!
