  We lived at Prairie Tree Apartments for just shy of 3 years. We would recommend to anyone looking for a place to live to consider living here. Rent is extremely reasonable. Management is stellar. They truly became dear friends through our time of living there. So friendly and accommodating! Always prompt on any issues that we encountered, which was few. Accommodations are great. Finding a garage was something that was lacking in the Rapid City area, Prairie Tree had us covered. Very low price compared to other apartment complexes. Pet friendly, which wasn’t what we were looking for originally. We did get a dog and then two, while living there. Very easy transition. Very fair prices for pet deposit and fees. Always felt safe, while living here. Buildings were always kept very clean! Excellent snow removal, which is important while living in a snowy climate. Lawn was always healthy and well taken care of as well. Parking was always available. Including for guests.
