  These people will try to say your documents are not “Real” I guess because they want to assume everyone who has a new job using an offer letter isn’t starting a real job. However I’m going to be making my real money at my real job 😊. Or because they can’t verify they fail to contact the actual information on the offer letter. they’ll rather make assumptions. If you are working for small business owners they will assume it isn’t “real” if you are denied you have to wait for your $190 back in the mail. Should have verified more or perhaps asked more questions joy. Not to mention joy said she’ll hang up on me when I was trying to get clarification. Just gave me such a hard time. So far I’ve never had these kinds of issues, and I still can’t believe she told me she’ll end the call on me as if I’m wrong mind you all I had an approval but apparently they didn’t believe my income. But God works in mysterious ways they rooms were to small anyway … I’ll be sure to come back to this post with my updated information

  I hope that for those of you who value good service and support read and take this review seriously. The place is new and beautiful, but you almost forget this fact because of the lack of support you receive from those you've entrusted your care and service to. It's clear that they are either understaffed or overworking the staff they employ to split time and duties among multiple properties. It feels impossible to receive targeted support for your unit in a timely manner. We were constantly given the run around or told "we'll get back to you by the EOD," and that never happened. If you are not adamant about getting the support you need, you simply will not get it. There were several new hires within the short few months that we interacted with the property, so we had to re-explain our circumstances nearly every time we reached out. It's deeply frustrating to expect a luxury experience that cannot be matched through adequate customer service, especially when that it what was promised and what you are paying your hard-earned money for. There are people answering the phone, but they almost always have to screen issues through "management" who feel completely unreachable. They are also not open on Mondays. So expect what feels like a 4-day wait time if you have a late in the week issue. I can't ethically recommend you move here. Property managers are moving quickly on building and slowly on serving. You are merely a paycheck to them, and for some that's okay. But if you require more, you should demand it and stay somewhere you might receive it.

  Showed up for a tour, nobody was there at the time of our scheduled tour. My husband tried calling the number provided to us, and we got no answer. We waited for a few minutes by the leasing office and nobody ended up showing up.

  I love this place the toilets work perfect mine got clogged but it got unclogged very easy only took 3 minutes the rooms are great can fit many people. My kids love the park . I would really enjoy and appreciate it you add a pool that would be nice I'll be a life guard so no one drowends I can do cpr.
