  Scummy. Application process was a nightmare. Everything is done through an ai program that doesn't work and getting in contact with office management is impossible. Hundreds of dollars of hidden fees that show up after you pay application fees and holding fees. Don't waste your time applying here.

  I've been at Anatole Apartments in Norman for a year and just renewed my lease for another year. I've been renting apartments since 2011 in various states and cities around the country. Donna and Ayanna are the best office managers I've encountered anywhere. They are attentive, kind, and always address my concerns with a positive attitude that I really appreciate. The complex itself is well kept, clean, quiet, and in a great location.

  Avoid if you can. When I moved here my options and time were limited and I had to make the decision to live here. I would never resign to this place, you are being scammed for what you pay. $1500+ for a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment in the middle of Oklahoma is unreal, if you want a shorter lease be prepared to pay over $1700 for ONE BEDROOM. Dog park is a joke, it is a small patch of grass that is unmanaged, you would think the whole complex is a dog park with how much dog poop there is everywhere. The dog park and all grassy areas are also completely muddy and unusable in the morning because of their bad sprinkler system. Doors and cabinet hardware will fall apart if you arennt completely gentle with everything, you will hear every footstep your upstairs neighbor takes, there is NO KEY, enjoy the glitchy non-responsive number pad only home entrance, non functioning complex gates, they try to fix them seemingly every couple weeks just for them to break again, they recently got rid of our ability to use keyfobs so the gate being broken is somehow actually a good thing. Bugs in all the light fixtures and no true pest control, many wasps, spiders, and whatever else always around. No recycling. CONSTANT solicitors. The list could very easily go on. Save your money, for reference my exact apartment layout at Anatole On Macarthur is $600 cheaper a month.
