  It’s always scary moving to a new place but the office staff was incredibly helpful and made the experience easy. Jessica showed us around and was very helpful and patient answering all our questions. The place is beautiful and we are very excited to join the Lake Front community!

  I didn’t realize I was chatting with AI 🤦‍♀️ but Jessica kindly stepped in and called me! I was pleasantly surprised and relieved. She was very patient and super friendly. All of my questions were answered and the next morning she called on time for our scheduled virtual tour. The unit looked beautiful inside. She also accommodated my roommate for an in person tour on short notice. Jessica made the experience so nice! They are definitely lucky to have her.

  My mom lives here and I go to check in with her often. The apartments are so nice and well kept! Would recommend to anyone who is in need of somewhere to live, or wants to upgrade their living situation. The leasing manager, Jessica is great. So helpful and friendly!!!

  Great community! I’ve been living here for two years, and I’ve always had a great experience with the office staff. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance team has also always been quick and efficient whenever we’ve needed something repaired or taken care of. A special thank you to Andrew and the entire maintenance team for always being so kind, helpful, and quick to respond. We truly appreciate the great service and everything you do for us!

  Great Place to live But Resident Cars are being Towed without warning and the Office doesn’t double check if a resident Owns the Car. The towing has gotten well out of hand they have towed several of their own residents cars even though the cars are legally parked in the lines and have resident tags inside of them. Honestly I feel like the policy is way too strict these residents pay too much to be worried about possibly not seeing their car in the morning these residents have to get to work and have families and another problem is that if your car is towed they will most likely send it to the company “Eagle Towing” that has very rude customer service a lot of my neighbors that I talk to that got their cars sent to eagle towing paid a lot to recover their cars or simply couldn’t get their cars out because the cost was way too high I completely understand that since the residents are paying rent they should have the lot to themselves and not have to worry about guests taking up the parking spaces but when even the residents cars are being mistaken for guests it’s a problem
