  Great building for business tenants and the property manager Brian Lamb is an absolute asset to K&D - both K&D and the tenants are lucky to have such an attentive and hands-on manager of this property.

  I love living here. The view from my apartment is easily one of my favorite parts, and the apartment itself is modern, spacious, and comfortable. The building is well maintained, and the amenities are great and actually useful, especially the gym, community spaces, package room, and market in the lobby. Brian, the property manager is amazing. He is always responsive, kind, and genuinely helpful whenever I have a question or need assistance. It makes a big difference knowing that the property is managed by someone who is approachable and truly cares about the residents. The location is also very convenient and makes it easy to enjoy downtown Cleveland. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience living here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable apartment with great views, good amenities, and responsive management.

  I’ve lived at Residences at 55 for about 3 months now and I can honestly say I love it! The building is quiet, clean, and the staff is extremely friendly! Brian was SO welcoming, kind and quick to respond to any questions I had throughout the move-in process and about the building itself. The maintenance team is also amazing. They even helped mount my TV when I first moved in, and they did it so quickly and professionally. I’ve lived in other apartments before, and this is hands down the best one. I love the amount of storage in my unit and the natural light from the tall windows is incredible. The building is also very pet-friendly, which is a huge bonus and I love that they have security on site. I’m also happy that the parking garage is attached to the building, it makes accessing your car so easy and convenient. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new home!

  I cannot recommend Residences at 55 enough! My experience moving here was seamless from start to finish. Since I was inquiring from abroad a few months ago, I was worried about the logistics, but the property manager, Brian, was incredibly responsive, warm, and professional. He handled the entire leasing process with ease and stayed on top of everything right up until move-in day. The apartment itself is beautifully modern, stunning, and looks exactly like the pictures. The view of Public Square from my unit is phenomenal (even my movers were left in awe!), and the full kitchen is amazing. The building has fantastic community amenities, including a gym, a lovely community room, and an on-site convenience store that offers a complimentary beverage station. The location is incredibly accessible, making everyday life so convenient with bus stops right in front, nearby banks, and a variety of restaurants just steps away. I especially love the building's modern security features, like the elevator only granting access to your specific floor using your key fob. Between that, the quiet and pristine environment, and the 24/7 security staff who are so kind and attentive, I feel completely safe here. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home!
