  I’ve lived at Residences at 55 for about 3 months now and I can honestly say I love it! The building is quiet, clean, and the staff is extremely friendly! Brian was SO welcoming, kind and quick to respond to any questions I had throughout the move-in process and about the building itself. The maintenance team is also amazing. They even helped mount my TV when I first moved in, and they did it so quickly and professionally. I’ve lived in other apartments before, and this is hands down the best one. I love the amount of storage in my unit and the natural light from the tall windows is incredible. The building is also very pet-friendly, which is a huge bonus and I love that they have security on site. I’m also happy that the parking garage is attached to the building, it makes accessing your car so easy and convenient. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new home!

  I cannot recommend Residences at 55 enough! My experience moving here was seamless from start to finish. Since I was inquiring from abroad a few months ago, I was worried about the logistics, but the property manager, Brian, was incredibly responsive, warm, and professional. He handled the entire leasing process with ease and stayed on top of everything right up until move-in day. The apartment itself is beautifully modern, stunning, and looks exactly like the pictures. The view of Public Square from my unit is phenomenal (even my movers were left in awe!), and the full kitchen is amazing. The building has fantastic community amenities, including a gym, a lovely community room, and an on-site convenience store that offers a complimentary beverage station. The location is incredibly accessible, making everyday life so convenient with bus stops right in front, nearby banks, and a variety of restaurants just steps away. I especially love the building's modern security features, like the elevator only granting access to your specific floor using your key fob. Between that, the quiet and pristine environment, and the 24/7 security staff who are so kind and attentive, I feel completely safe here. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home!

  I moved to Cleveland from Florida due to work and I’ve been officially living at 55 for a little over 7 months. When I came for a tour with Brian (Property Manager) he was so lovely (and always there when you need him in the office), and the property had me blown away with the updated appliances and flooring. I was so blown away that when I was touring other places, I kept comparing them to 55 and it really was no comparison. I’ve had such wonderful experiences, no bugs/vermin and also no water or HVAC issues that seem to plague a lot of other apartments. Never had to worry about filthy appearances here. I love it soooooo much, and I enjoy the security that is on site which makes you feel safe. I recommend ‘Residences at 55’ to any and everyone!

  Special shout out to Brian! Living here has been great - convenient location, security on site, gym on site, dry cleaning on site, love the free coffee and YAY to books in the community room! Brian was very welcoming from the very first time we met and was very patient when my partner and I were trying to figure out our living situation. When my partner and I were looking to move into a bigger apartment, Brian was super helpful with coordinating the logistics of it given our crazy work hours. Special shout out to Bill, as well! Thank you for responding promptly to maintenance requests and always leaving a note to close the communication loop :) You are appreciated!

  The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Brian, who made finding a unit easy and was always quick to respond. He even helped with my move, which I really appreciated. The amenities are great, and management is responsive when issues come up. For example, some gym equipment needed repairs and it was fixed quickly. I also enjoy the free coffee, snack area, and workspaces. I'd definitely recommend here.
