  Brian responded quickly to my initial request for information on services and was helpful answering questions about the company and process. Once I agree to services, I was connected with an account manager and a property manager through an automated system (there was a 10 day lag in response due to making the request on the Friday before Thanksgiving week). I’ve had difficulty getting responses on Friday, Saturday and Sunday to time sensitive matters, so their system of escalating messages or having someone available to respond on weekends and around holidays is needed. This included trying to get a response through Rentredi, direct email and phone.

  I went to tour a place at one of their properties and everything looks good and the office staff was very good and fast with getting back to you with any questions or answers that you may have but I recommend that you don't go here for a place to rent they is just after your money 🤑 plus they told me a lie about my application was not approved because my credit score and to qualify it's has to be 600 credit score from Trunsunion my credit score was 637 it's don't make no sense at all

  DO NOT RENT FROM FLAGSHIP!!! They are scam artists and will seek any opportunity to extract fines and fees from their tenants. Furthermore, maintenance requests took months to be addressed--if they were addressed at all. To make matters worse, my roommates and I have been waiting nearly two months for the dispersal of our security deposit. This is despite consistent "good faith" assurances from their office that they will be returning our deposit in full. In short: Flagship is an ostensibly good company, but once you peel back the veneer, they are UNPROFESSIONAL: office rarely picks up when you call them; and more telling, UNTRUSTWORTHY: they make commitments that they either cannot or choose not to follow up on.
