  Had an amazing experience with Brannigan Village. Very professional and beautiful apartments. They are super easy to talk too, specifically Kristina in the office is amazing. She’s very nice and very easy to talk to and was super helpful with all questions I had. Love this place and highly recommend!

  I spent in this place my worst time at all, I’ll tell all disadvantages of this place and I will start with inside 1st the bathroom’s vents , you’ll smell all dummy smells from your neighbors in your entire apartment, 2nd there is no air conditioning in the kitchen, and the ac will work forever in hot or cold, 3rd the ceiling is too tight and close to your head , 4th cockroach in summer time will be everywhere in the kitchen and that gets me ready sick all time they are inside the walls and inside the floor under the refrigerator,stove and that issue won’t never get fix, 5th the walls are so weak and the paint is cheap, bedrooms are very small they don’t fit for king bed, this is what I remembered only inside. Outside : the trash box is right by the kids playground and the smell always shitty there, dog’s shit everywhere, no sidewalks in many places, mailboxes and pool area so far from most of buildings At last this place doesn’t worth 13000$ per month
