  Management is rude! Specifically Bri. I’m not sure if she’s a manager but she clearly doesn’t like her job. Because of that alone me and my best friend who were going to be renting two separate apartments will not be moving out here I could only imagine how she treats the tenants especially with raising concerns. I’m sure corporate will comment and not look into the complaints which sucks bc if you check all the reviews everybody isn’t lying she’s rude simple. And costing yall money. I’d hate to pull the race card but that’s definitely what it’s giving! Bc you only see certain people saying she’s nice . If you go here have your meta glasses on for sure with every interaction!

  Roach infested, owner does not care. They rent out infested apartments and they know. Everything is old and outdated. They do not care about your living just money hungry.

  The team here is very helpful and social. My process had a few hiccups with processing and application times, but it was a short notice application and they handled the process professionally. Overall I had a great time working through this with them.

  Put in maintenance request after maintenance request… still no one has come.. before I moved in it was they have been remodeled and redone… this place is horrible… shingles falling and hanging off the side of the buildings…wall sockets hanging by a thread… I have no tiles seat up stairs…ac vents hanging off… storm has big gaps in it and won’t close… all this was wrong when I moved in and was promised it would be taken care of in a day or 2… also sliding back patio door is very hard to open which is a fire hazard and also the wall sockets… but they want 1600 a month for what… if nothing is done in the next 24 hours I will be calling the fire marshall to come and inspect this property and also the corporate office…and on top of it alll the air just stop working… they keep patching it up instead of getting new parts or new unit and then going tell me to buy a window unit and they reimburse me… if that’s the case why the gell don’t u buy the unit.. just awful… fake promises.. Action will be taken

  Property manager has horrible customer service skills and fails to resolve issues without being rude and belittling. Yall put on these reviews to contact the property manager when she is the problem . By the way all these apartments are roach infested and they won’t tell you at the time of leasing . && suck at getting pest control out and will only spray the kitchen and the bathrooms . This whole community is a joke and I can not wait to move. By the way they rent there pools out on Sundays for private events so the tenants can’t not use it on Sundays . And the ac don’t work upstairs paying 1250$ a month to be belittled by the property manager and made to feel like my importance as a tenant was not validated. If I could get 0 stars I would . Get new management!
