  I have had a great experience moving here! The leasing staff was so helpful and kind throughout the entire process. When we moved in, our apartment was so clean. I had 3 minor maintenance requests put in and they came within 24 hours for all 3. It is very quiet out here and I feel very safe and comfortable, especially having 2 young children that is a must for us. I am highly satisfied with Cameron! 🩷

  I would honestly give 0 star if I could my daughter is a current resident here been 2-3 years started out the first set of leasing was stealing rent money ended up getting took to court had to pay all the rent that was stolen out of pocket even tho proof of rent was stolen new leasing people came and promised new thing’s changes the laundry area has not been open since she moved in already pulling out of pocket for laundry $100-$150 just in laundry fees a month then when moved in was promised new appliances never received and the reason for that promise is that some of the buildings have roach infestation mind you they live in her fridge and her stove have told management claim someone coming to spray but no one ever comes she calls out of work to be home to make sure they get in there is mold growing in floor by her AC unit from where is had flooded so bad that it came through neighbors ceiling there is a big whole allowing outside bugs and other things to enter home. Just seem as if they don’t care and feel as if my daughter has been to nice so I’m putting it out here NOTHING REALLY TO DO IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD SMALL DOG PARK POOL BARELY WAS OPEN the only upside is they pet friendly

  The worst experience I’ve ever experienced if they try to give you anything on Sussex RUN don’t not take it. They even asked me what did I expect for $1200 these reviews are half posted BY THEM. The apartment was in one of the worst conditions. Hole in the fence filthy in the inside and the Fridge stunk so bad I told her to come smell it she said she already knew it stunk. The informed the cleaning came once you pay co-sign and that didn’t happen two days before move in they hadn’t even painted the baseboards that were filthy email me and I’ll send video bc it was that horrible didn’t even make it upstairs to see what kind of issues were up there!

  My fiance and our two kids (both under 3) moved here in the beginning of the year thanks to this deal they had in place. The original apt we picked out got taken due to the our property manager being sick and we had to wait two additional weeks for another one. We did not check out this apt beforehand (our first mistake) and when we moved in found we had no doorknob to our bedroom, no washer and dryer hookups like we were told, and the apt looked significantly smaller from the video we were shown. None of this was really bothersome for us though at the time. Once it began to get hot outside roaches began to come in from the outside, pest control came but I had to reschedule the appointment and they never showed back up. You'll pay all these amenity fees and don't even get to use them, I saw the pool being operational for literally one day and then it was shut down again. There are wash houses behind the buildings, and you'll probably get your clothes cleaned but you'll spend the most trying to get them dry. This is what really did it for me though. Summertime, my kids and I were walking around about 7am, going our usual route, this guy pops outta nowhere beat up and bloodied up, drugged out, begins to follow and harass me and my children. After telling him off he goes hides in someone's back patio and I can see him watching and waiting for us to walk past. I took us the opposite way and that man broke into that apt where a father and his baby were sleeping. Thankfully no one was hurt and the police arrested him a few hours later but you'd think you wouldn't have to worry about something like that in a neighborhood with "luxury" apartments. We had to leave after a whole sweep of people in the neighborhood got notices on their doors about them cancelling peoples accounts bc they were tired of people being two to three months behind on rent, (which didn't apply to us). This neighborhood is overpriced and over policed and they're only raising the rent more and more and for what? Living here was really supposed to be my family's second chance, but it was a rookie mistake we won't ever make again. Don't move here if you have kids, any real responsibilities, or have anywhere else to go.
