- JJJackMay 7, 20265.0I’ve lived here since August 2025 and started out in a 1 bedroom apartment. I recently switched to a 3 bedroom. Both floor plans that I have lived in are excellent and feel modern while still having a comfortable feel. The grounds, pool, and other amenities are in great shape and are constantly maintained. The office staff is friendly and happy to answer any questions I have. The maintenance staff is awesome and they always answer swiftly if something needs a fix or if I have any questions. Chris has fixed a few things for me since I lived here and you can tell he knows a lot about maintaining the property. Overall this property is better than any other that I have lived in. It is also located perfectly between UNCW and Wrightsville beach which worked out well for my needs. In addition, it is located near a plethora of shops, restaurants and activities.

The office staff is incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful and the maintenance crew are all wonderful, very quick and efficient and personable. And they all love dogs :) As long as this team continues to work here, I couldn't see myself living anywhere else in the near future. The amenities are great, we have by far the biggest and nicest pool in town (if that's important to you). I have never felt unsafe as a single female in my mid-30s and that says a lot!
