- JJJackMay 7, 20265.0I’ve lived here since August 2025 and started out in a 1 bedroom apartment. I recently switched to a 3 bedroom. Both floor plans that I have lived in are excellent and feel modern while still having a comfortable feel. The grounds, pool, and other amenities are in great shape and are constantly maintained. The office staff is friendly and happy to answer any questions I have. The maintenance staff is awesome and they always answer swiftly if something needs a fix or if I have any questions. Chris has fixed a few things for me since I lived here and you can tell he knows a lot about maintaining the property. Overall this property is better than any other that I have lived in. It is also located perfectly between UNCW and Wrightsville beach which worked out well for my needs. In addition, it is located near a plethora of shops, restaurants and activities.

They promptly answer calls, are knowledgeable about the work to be done, and they clean up the work area when they have completed the task. They have done refrigeration, electrical and carpentry jobs in my apartment, and each project was completed correctly the first time. They are professionals!
