  We are new homeowners as of this week! My wife and already lived in Wilmington prior, but wanted more garage and something more "our own" and after searching many areas with our amazing Realtor Deanna Boney with Tidal Realty Partners, we settled on a "move-in ready" home by Pulte in the Haven at Riverlights. It isn't a large home, but a very nice place to "call home". Leo Rand was truly excellent and attentive to our questions and a great help through the purchase process. James Wilson was the construction manager for our homesite who had incredible knowledge and care for our home during the walk-throughs and final handover. Even our loan process was easy and smooth. If not for Deanna Boney, we might not have zeroed in on this opportunity and we are very thankful. She is awesome. Again, Leo Rand and James Wilson represented Pulte in top form and we offer praise to them both. Now we just need to move in!!

  My husband and I were looking for a house and we were skeptical at first as a first time home buyer, but we made a great decision by walking into the Pulte home model office in Wilmington, North Carolina . Immediately, we were greeted with a warm hello and smile from Nico. He answered all of our questions and gave us the correct informations. He was attentive and not pushy at all like other seller sales person that we met. We decided to make an appointment to see a couple more houses at the Haven and we found one! Finally my husband and I decided to make an offer and Nico , immediately took actions and helped us to complete the offer . It was scary for us , but Nico is very knowledgeable and has great customer service. Let me tell you that means everything! We finally closed and got our keys and we could not be more happier with the service provided by Nico , the beautiful community and our new home.Do yourself a favor when you’re ready to buy in this area and ask for Nico Argento: if want an seller agent who goes beyond his duties and treat people like people and not a business transaction.

  We just closed @ the Haven @ Riverlights and were fortunate to have James Wilson as our construction manager and Jake Stump as our sales rep. Both were incredibly knowledgeable of the home and construction process. The closing window was very close to initial projections and communication throughout the process was excellent since we bought from out of state. Still too soon to review overall construction worthiness (only closed 3 days ago), but so far, everything is running smoothly, house was delivered as promised and James made sure all final walk through issues were resolved by closing. Loving our Pulte Home and riverlights community.
