  Biggest regret I’ve ever made was moving into this complex. After reading several other reviews and the incident that happened with maintenance today, I felt compelled to write a review to warn any future residents that this complex targets residents with pets. No proof of written warnings, no verbal warnings other than the leasing office stating the tour we took and the lease itself is the warning. Now I feel like I can’t go outside my apartment without being watched. Forgive me that my aunt is dying from a terminal illness that my mind has been a little preoccupied to crawl back 100ft into the woods to pick up my dogs poop that he covered with dirt with the 10 minutes I have to take my dogs out while I’m working from home to ensure I abide by the lease agreement. But this complex doesn’t care, that’s evident by the way they speak to you in the office, and to my surprise, the property manager herself. Their third party customer service reps who don’t even work on site care and are more helpful than this leasing office. Since I saw so many condescending comments directed towards the residents who make negative reviews for speaking the truth, I figured I’d wait for mine telling me to “Abide by your lease and you won’t have this problem.” If you do choose to live here, request everything in written form. They like to twist your words against you. Do not live here.

  They lie about everything in the front office. The place was filthy when we first moved in. Roaches were running all over the place. The back window wasnt even attached to the frame and bugs walk in like they pay rent. They then have their "pest control" come and spray like what seems to be water because it doesn't do anything when there are cracks in the building foundation or something. Not even mentioning how they gouge your wallet and give poor communication and then charge you for it. Mold is in the vents and toilets. Cigarette burns on everything when they claim no smoking inside and refused to do anything about it. They'll bait and switch you with an apartment thats falling apart and doesnt fit your needs. We have also talked to other tenants about it and its all the same shady scummy tactics. Don't give these scummy people your hard earned money. They prey on poor and uninformed so especially if youre new to the area stay far away.

  I only moved out of my apartment because I moved to another home. The office staff at St. Andrews were kind and the maintenance staff was always quick to respond to make repairs. The view from my apartment was also very nice.
