  My experience at Saint Andrews Reserve has been horrible from start to finish. The property management is extremely rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. I’ve had ongoing maintenance problems, bug issues, and zero support when I needed it. The final straw was having my car towed even though I had my parking sticker in the window. Management refused to reimburse me for the $180 tow fee and blamed me for not digging through emails to find out they changed the stickers. It feels like they target their own residents instead of helping them. I would not recommend living here to anyone. Here is a pictures of a cockroach INSIDE my kitchen light. I have seen ample and normal occurrences of them. And have had to help my neighbor next door as she is an old lady with removing them also. Not sure how it could get in there unless it came from within the building and or other places.

  Candy helped me get this apartment and I love it! Maintanence is fast and they even played with my dog. I'm very happy here.

  I can’t say enough great things about the team here. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help with anything that comes up. You can tell they truly care about the residents and take pride in what they do. The grounds are beautifully maintained and always look clean and inviting. It really makes a difference coming home to a place that feels well taken care of. The entire team consistently goes above and beyond, and it shows in every interaction. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place where the staff genuinely cares and the property is kept in great condition.

  We love living here at St. Andrews Reserve. The location is so great, close to the pointe, close to my church and like 15 minutes from Carolina Beach beach. The staff is very kind and helpful and they love dogs a lot. The maintenance works quickly. You should live here too if you are on a tight budget but want a really nice neighborhood.
