The sales staff was great, and negotiated fairly. The first year warranty process has been managed very well by our warranty manager. I love most things about the house, but as expected, not everything I expected to be part of the base home was included in the base home...such as gutters and a decent paint quality. So the purchase price is a bit higher that I would have expected for the options I could afford. Still, I love my new home. The neighborhood has great amenities, and so far, my neighbors are warm and wonderful! You can't beat living near the water in this coastal climate!

Said out back yard was up against a natural preserve land that couldn't be built on... we now have townhomes looking into our back yard. The quality of their construction is pathetic. They care more about getting the job done quick than quality. Our roof started leaking after the first mild wind/rainstorm. Be VERY careful when you decide to move into a home they build!!
