- CRCandy RussellJun 24, 20265.0I would like to say that my experience was above and beyond anything I could have hoped asked or prayed for during the entire experience. Tammy walked me through and when my husband and I purchased the home, we were well satisfied unknown to us. My husband passed shortly after the purchase of the home. Tammy and her team were extremely kind beneficial and supportive. And unlike other places, she and Oakwood homes have continued to support me during this very difficult time. How grateful I am for such a powerful wonderful person as Tammy has been.
- MMMattApr 5, 20262.0Had great staff when they were trying to sell us the house. Very great at doing that went to Clayton homes first and they didn’t give us the time of day so when Oakwood reached back we went with it. They helped out to get it all sold and situated… once the house is sold to you though good luck. They have like ONE maintenance man so you wait on the schedule forever to get help and you have to follow up a lot for help. They won’t answer many questiones via email to save them from having things in writing always wanna call. Inspect your house very close because almost all my trim has popped of siding has fallen off the floor has unlevel spots under the linoleum. It’s crazy to spend this much money on something and it not be perfect or close to it
