  Carey has done multiple things to our home since we bought it. He is amazing and has been very good and fast at coming and repairing things. Oakwood of Wilmington has Ben amazing all the way around. Thank you Mike and Carey

  We had a great experience with Oakwood Homes! Tammy and Mike were wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. They were friendly, helpful, and made everything easy from start to finish. We absolutely love our new home and are so grateful for their excellent service. We highly recommend Oakwood Homes to anyone looking for a great home-buying experience!

  I am very disappointed in my home, we purchased in 2018 and we are now having to put a new roof on and it is 8 years old and leaking the roof was not installed correctly and is causing damage on the inside as well we are having to pay out of pocket because their warranty only covers for 1 year, the cabinets are horrible and the molding we have replaced all through the house as well we did not want carpet so the marriage line is this metal strip that is ugly in other homes I see they make is match, they also left stuff under the vinyl. Really inspect your home if you plan to buy one. The outlets are not even screwed into anything. Our heat pump was not even hooked up. The list goes on. I could not be more disappointed in a home I feel like we are stuck with a money pit and everything is not average sized so nothing fits right like cabinets, doors, windows just be careful and really look things over.

  I would like to say that my experience was above and beyond anything I could have hoped asked or prayed for during the entire experience. Tammy walked me through and when my husband and I purchased the home, we were well satisfied unknown to us. My husband passed shortly after the purchase of the home. Tammy and her team were extremely kind beneficial and supportive. And unlike other places, she and Oakwood homes have continued to support me during this very difficult time. How grateful I am for such a powerful wonderful person as Tammy has been.
