- SSStaceyAug 31, 20261.0Extremely frustrated with this property. The new management is no help at all and does absolutely nothing to address these issues. This is not a luxury experience despite the premium rent. The building cleanliness is unacceptable. Dirt, grime, and dog hair cover the stairwells, hallways, gym, and pool areas. Unacceptable Mold Management: The entrance door leaks water constantly. Hallway carpets developed mold, and management’s fix was to just layer another carpet over it—which now has mold growing on top of it, too. Wasted Monthly Fees: Residents pay for services they do not get. Valet trash is completely unreliable and skips days whenever they feel like it. The outdoor bins and dog poop stations are constantly overflowing and gross, I don’t have a dog and I see it. We pay for pest control, yet apartments haven't been sprayed in months. Zero Maintenance & Accountability: I lived here for 12 months and never received a single clean air filter. Do not expect any credits or helpful responses from the office for these failures. Cheap Construction: The walls and floors are incredibly thin. You will hear every single sound your neighbors make from every angle. The cabinets and drawers inside the units are flimsy, cheap, and fragile. The community coffee machine is always empty. Management actually put a bicycle lock on the coffee beans so residents can't even refill it themselves. Save yourself the headache. There are so many other complexes in this area that actually care about their residents. I am incredibly relieved to finally be moved out of this place.
