- JTJohnny TesterAug 25, 20265.0The model Homes had temporary air conditioning which allowed us comfort as we toured. We have been in models that were stifling. Reps were informative and helpful
- JBJoshua BarnesMar 15, 20245.0In the process of buying a home from Brett from clayton homes of Wilmington and we couldn’t be happier. They have been helpful every step of the way. They have worked with us and helped us get through the process in any way they could. Would def recommend buying a house from them. If your looking for a home, they should be the first stop..

- WPWill PNov 18, 20171.0Salesman was rude and didn’t want to show us houses. Acted like it was an inconvenience. Asked what we were interested in and only showed us two models as he followed us through like we were going to steal something. Didn’t talk about the home or anything. Just followed us into every room. Didn’t offer to show different options or anything. He should probably find other work since this one makes him so miserable.
