  I’ve only recently moved in, but I’ve had an awesome experience so far. The complex is very clean and well maintained, and the management is incredibly friendly and proactive in handling maintenance requests and any disturbance or community concern. Shoutout to Lorie and Courtney! The amenities are convenient, practical, and dog friendly! I am very pleased, and would highly recommend this complex; especially right now when you can take advantage of the move-in rent special.

  I toured this apartment after I interviewed for a job in NC. Being that I would be moving from another state I wanted to make sure I made the best of time while in NC and tour apartments. After touring I spoke with the leasing agent and said "obviously I can't apply right now because I don't work here yet" she replied yes. She also informed me that county government employees are part of their preferred employee list (which is where my interview was). This is very important to remember. I finally received my job offer and was excited to finally be able to apply at Ardmore Meadows with my offer letter. Upon applying I was told to not only use my offer letter, but my current employers pay stub (that is fraud). I found that odd because why would I include pay stubs to a job I will no longer be employed by when I relocate? When calling for an update on my application I was informed that they do not take offer letters. But would consider my app if they could confirm the legitimacy of the offer letter. When they called my future employer, they advised the offer letter was legitimate, but I am not employed by them yet, which is true. They took that verbiage as a reason to deny my application, stating that I have to be currently employed by them. In fact, Lori stated it would be best to stay in a hotel or Airbnb until I can provide my first paystub. I took this as a sign to move on. Every other apartment complex that Ive called after this denial said they take offer letters with no issue as long as the move in is within 30 days or less of my start date. I even called a property ran by their same company and they stated they take offer letters as well. EDIT: 08/05 I appreciate the reply, but I applied to a community nearby and was approved in less than 24hrs. I have already moved in with a better deal and bigger space. Thank you for the wishes...

  My husband and I moved here two months ago. We really love it here. It’s quiet, very clean and staff/maintenance is excellent. Great amenities and pool. Highly recommend.

  I toured the site and you should know the apartments are all connected by one very long enclosed hallway. This hallway will obviously be a site of loitering and problems, it's only natural. Just be aware before going too far in your search.

  Everything everybody said is true. Good apartment and stuff. Full review after I had time to move in… Amenities: It has a lot of them, golf simulators, pool, grilling stations, gym with enough equipments. Apartments: They are pretty nice and spacious, with a lot of lightings and rooms have a ceiling fan. Management: My experience is limited to Courtney (for 95%) and Laurie Pretty helpful, I called them atleast 10 times in a day and they were never frustrated, went out of their way to help me with smallest problems. Parking: Loads of space, could do with some covered parking spots though All in all good apartment complex, highly recommend.
