I called on Monday 6/8, spoke to Lori and told her I completed an application Friday and had an urgent need to move. She said she had eight applications over the weekend and was working on them. I received a text message late Tuesday that a copy of my current ledger was needed. I called Wednesday morning spoke to Courtney and was told Lori was in a meeting and she would call me back. Mind you when I toured the property she told me she had an applicant that had an emergency need to move (similar to myself) and she processed her application same day and got her in. Well it is Friday evening the 12th and I have not heard a word. This is just my experience but if this is how you prioritize and communicate with prospective residents with an urgent need to move how would you prioritize me as a resident. I will be looking elsewhere. Kelly
