  It has been 14 months since we closed on our home with Ryan Homes, and the experience has been delightful. The build quality is solid, and the location is fantastic. While we haven't had any major issues, the few minor warranty items that did arise were handled promptly. A special thanks to the onsite warranty manager, Warren, who was incredibly responsive and professional in taking care of everything during our first 12 months. We couldn't be happier with our decision.

  We are very happy with our experience, our project manager (Will) provided weekly updates as the home was being built and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The warranty team has been very helpful and timely when we’ve submitted a ticket. Additionally, Travis & Harrison, have provided helpful insight regarding sidewalks that were incomplete in various spots of the completed community. They provided clear communication with us and provided updates when the sidewalks would be completed.

  I would never buy from Ryan Homes again. This community is wonderful because of the people but the house has problems, the HOA is awful and the company has been difficult to deal with since we signed. We bought because there were less options at the time. We have had so many issues with the house including cabinets not attached to the walls, heat not working, flooding water and more. The company always skirts an issue. With our cabinet the guys said oh we don’t have the right screw for it but we can use this, it should be ok. The HOA is inconsistent and slow to respond. There seems to be no standards here. The common areas were so much smaller than expected as was the pool and playgrounds. Not sure why we pay so much in fees. The options in the house were also inconsistent. Some people got upgrades as “standard” while others pay and what is offered is different per stage. After talking to home owners, we have become very dissatisfied. We also could never get a hold of Ryan Homes after we signed. The office staff never took or returned calls and our project manager’s videos rarely showed progress. This was frustrating because we were out of town. Their communication was awful. You need to come check progress daily on your house. We thankfully came down and checked out our house a few times and pointed out beams that were not installed properly or broken and a beer can in our house! We now see they slap these houses up so fast that it’s no wonder they have issues. Look around, there are better builders.

  We went around to several communities just to scope out the properties and get a feel for the construction companies and the communities they were building. We met with Anthony and he was great. Very upfront and honest. Was not pushy and did not try to sell us something we didnt want or couldnt afford. He took his time going through the pros and cons, spoke about upgrades and options, talked about the future of the community and all that is near it, and all the incentives they were offering at the time. Since we did that tour, I have reached out to Anthony multiple times via email and he is always prompt in responding and again, shoots straight with me. Downtown Wendell is not far from the community and it is so charming and everyone is so friendly. I am so glad we looked at Ryan Homes and have chosen it as our future home!
