I drove three hours from out of town for a scheduled tour, only to be told that I could not be accommodated and would need to return on Monday. I had scheduled the tour online in advance, so this was both disappointing and frustrating.. After traveling such a long distance, I expected better communication and customer service. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative first impression.

I leased at this property three times, which should tell you that I genuinely wanted it to work. Unfortunately, my experience was a masterclass in incompetence, constant management turnover, and a complete lack of accountability.
My problems started before I even moved in. During my tour, I was promised a first month's rent free promotion if I submitted my application. Thankfully, I kept the handwritten notes from the leasing agent because when move-in day came, I was charged anyway. It took multiple conversations and proof of their own written promises before they finally honored the promotion. My first piece of advice to anyone considering this property: GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND SAVE EVERYTHING.
The day I moved in should have been another warning sign. My downstairs neighbor was blasting music so loudly that my movers commented on it. That neighbor proceeded to make life miserable for nearly a year. Police were called more than ten times. I submitted countless photos and videos to management documenting the disturbances. The bass was so intense that pictures literally fell off my walls. I even provided video evidence of the neighbor pounding on my door in retaliation for calling the police, leaving dents in the door.
Management was fully aware of what was happening. They visited my apartment and experienced the noise firsthand. Despite overwhelming evidence and repeated complaints, they did absolutely nothing. It wasn't until the neighbor was involved in a domestic violence incident so severe that multiple residents reported it that management finally took action. Apparently months of disturbing the peace, harassment, property damage, and safety concerns weren't enough.
Throughout my time here, management changed so frequently that it became impossible to know who was actually responsible for anything. Every new team seemed unaware of existing issues and eager to rewrite history.
The pool situation was another example. Long-term residents had been told for quite some time that repairs were needed. Then a new management team arrived and acted as though they had just discovered the problem. Construction began right as pool season was starting, effectively eliminating one of the property's primary amenities during the time residents expected to use it most.
Package theft has also been a recurring issue. Packages regularly disappear, and when residents seek assistance, they're met with indifference. Security cameras seem to be either nonfunctional or conveniently unavailable whenever they're needed. After moving out, a package was accidentally delivered to my old address. FedEx provided photographic proof that it had been delivered to the mailroom. When I contacted the office, I was repeatedly told there was "nothing they could do." No effort to investigate. No attempt to review footage. No concern whatsoever. Just a complete unwillingness to help.
What frustrated me most wasn't even the problems themselves—it was the attitude. Time and time again, legitimate concerns were met with excuses, deflection, or complete inaction. Residents pay too much money to be treated like inconveniences.
I've rented in multiple places over the years and have never encountered a property with this level of dysfunction, turnover, poor communication, and lack of accountability.
Proceed with caution!!
As for the current office management, my interactions with Elise were among the most frustrating. Every concern was met with canned/generic responses, excuses, or a complete unwillingness to investigate obvious problems and legitimate theft of hundreds of dollars worth of items. Even when presented with evidence, the response was essentially, "There's nothing we can do." Residents deserve solutions, not dismissive customer service and empty assurances. If professionalism, accountability, and resident support are important to you, don't expect to find them here.
Elise....nightmare.
Now que the overly generic response from them below:

We enjoyed living here when we first moved in 4 years ago, but the overall quality, maintenance, and management response have significantly declined.
There are ongoing security and maintenance issues, including gates that are frequently broken or unsecured, creating safety concerns for residents. Trash management is consistently poor, with overflowing dumpsters and trash valet rules not being enforced despite repeated resident complaints. The stairwells, hallways, and walkways are rarely cleaned, and the lack of regular upkeep is very noticeable throughout the property.
There also appears to be poor communication and lack of accountability from management, with resident concerns often going unresolved. In addition, new residents are placed without apparent consideration for the existing community environment, which has led to ongoing noise and disturbance issues.
We also experienced conflicting information from management (Christina) regarding storage units. We were told we needed to move our belongings from a lower-level storage space due to an upcoming elevator installation, only to later be offered a lower-level unit again—while no elevator project ever began.
Overall, this community struggles with follow-through, cleanliness, safety, and communication, despite residents repeatedly raising concerns.
Kristen has been a wonderful addition to the community. She’s approachable, professional, and always willing to help. It’s refreshing to have a Property Manager who is so engaged and visible around the property.
Autumn was very helpful and knowledgeable. She showed us the model 2 bedroom, as we are looking to move my almost 90 year old papa to a new home. He really liked the amenities and the layout
