Royalyn was our Realtor when we sold our first home and when we purchased land to build our “forever” home. She helped us to get a fair price on our sale, and went above and beyond in navigating some challenges that were outside of our control during the process. She never lost her cool, and gave us sound advice along the way. She grew up in Eastern NC and is incredibly knowledgeable about the area. That was a big bonus when we were looking to purchase land. She understood our needs, wants, and long-term goals, and we ended up with a beautiful property that is perfect for us! I have, and will continue to recommend her to anyone looking for a Realtor in Eastern NC.

One of the best realtors I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Her main concern is that clients get all the information and knowledge that is available for selling or buying a home. She will listen to your questions and make sure you have the correct answers to make the best decisions for your future.

Royalyn is reliable, honest and very good at what she does. She listened to our wants vs needs while keeping us informed through out the entire process. She was able to combine those items into finding us the perfect home. I would highly recommend her. If you are in search of a realtor, please reach out to Royalyn Lupton with Keller Williams. She will not disappoint you and she will work very hard to get you into your next home.

This is a brief note to share my positive experience working with Royalyn Lupton regarding the sale of a residential property in Winterville, NC. During the past few years, we have worked with many RE agents to close several properties in other states including CA, FL, NY, and IL. Among all agents who assisted us, none matches Royalyn’s excellent professional assistance. We were truly impressed by her quality professionalism, know-how, promptness, communication skills, and friendliness. My wife and I strongly believe that it was mainly due to her effective skills and efforts that we could successfully and promptly prepare our property to market and sell it. We wish her all the best, and we strongly recommend her with absolutely no reservations whatsoever.
