  For everyone making reviews about the cat being abandoned, the address the poster gave was Pinecrest Apartments in Walkertown, not Keystone.

  They are not allowing people to save a cat. All the apartment manager has to do is let animal control, the police or go in herself to get the cat and give it to multiple people trying to rescue it. Legally, she can do this. She is starving it to death.

  Christie in the office is keeping a cat trapped to starve to death in a vacant apartment, apparently. Not sure what type of power trip you need to be on to allow innocent lives to die on your watch. But, Christie seems on that. Someone should handle this IMMEDIATELY.

  My safety was endangered while living at this property. My car was broken into twice, and there were multiple vehicle break-ins throughout the community. The security was poor, and management failed to adequately address ongoing safety concerns. To make matters worse, management also misrepresented the date I moved out of my apartment. I have substantial evidence to support my experience, and I will be releasing photos and video footage documenting the issues I encountered.

  Evelyn in the office was a complete sweetheart and made us feel so welcome on our tour, she was super helpful and kind throughout our application process. Keystone is a beautiful complex and looks very well maintained, and you can walk across the street to go out to eat or go grocery shopping. Plus, the very quick turnaround time on approving prospective tenants was the best!! My husband and I are so excited to call this place home! Thank you so much Evelyn! 🩷
