  Rob was the man I had the pleasure of dealing with for the start of my adventure finding land and a home to put on that land. Rob is honest and straight forward. The entire crew working in the Shallotte location is honest and straight forward and wont fluff anything. I need people like that since coming from the Military, you dont get that often in the “real” world. Thanks yall, love my house and so does all my friends and family

  First off, I'd like to say that the entire team here at the Shallotte location was aboslutely fantastic from start to finish throughout the entire process. They answered every question we had, no matter how silly it may have been to the best of their abilities - and if they didn't know the answer the found someone who did. The communication through the entire process was absolutely phonomenal. We started the process about a year ago, and even though there wasn't much happening early on in the first few months, Chris always made sure to check in and give me any information he had. Speaking of Chris, he was also absolutely AMAZING. Any question, concern, or issue we brought up was promptly addressed and taken care of by him. Truly some of the best customer service I have had anywhere I have been, and I don't say that lightly. I normally do not bother to leave reviews, but Chris and the entire team at Shallotte were THAT good. If you are in the market for a manufactured home, I cannot recommend this location enough. Chris and Jess (our project manager) will take fantastic care of you throughout the entire process. Thank you again to the Clayton Homes of Shallotte team for a seamless, easy and amazing journey to home ownership, I wouldn't think twice before doing it all over again!

  Chris Gore is awesome. When I came in he helped me find a nice home for my budget. He answered all of my questions and messages. He kept me informed in the process moved along.
