  Two of my children bought homes from Kim Rivera at Clayton Homes in Statesville. I was heavily involved with the process and was very impressed with the experience and the knowledge provided as well as recommendations to make these homes ideal fitting their family needs. One of my children still lives in hers and she still loves it. Very well built and top notch quality. The other one ended up moving to another city and sold his 3 years later and already had equity in it and very pleased with the outcome with the sale. I would highly recommend Kim Rivera to help you find the home of your dreams!! Thanks again for everything you did making our experiences a good one!

  I especially want to thank Kimberly for everything she has done for us. She made the entire home-buying process so much easier with her kindness, professionalism, and patience. Even though it’s been over a year since we bought our home, Kimberly still takes the time to answer my questions whenever I need help. She is always responsive, caring, and willing to go the extra mile. It’s rare to find someone who continues to provide such amazing customer service long after the sale. If you’re looking to buy a home, I highly recommend asking for Kimberly. She truly cares about her customers, and we’re so grateful for all of her support!

  I had a great experience with Kim. We did decide to build our bardominium instead.(because that was our original dream) but Kim was great through the whole process of picking out everything we wanted on our floor plan. Even though I didn't buy a Clayton home I have sent several people over to Kim that have purchased from her. My daughter and son in law and buying their home and closing today. If you want a great experience down to YOUR design she is the one to work with. She's has over 20 years of experience.

  Working with Kimberly Rivera was an amazing experience from start to finish! She made the home-buying process so much easier than we ever expected.
