- KKKaitlynSep 24, 20265.0I recently moved into the apartments, and I have been very impressed so far. The apartment is beautiful, and Tracy and Cherelle were incredibly helpful throughout the move-in process. When I discovered that the washer was not working, I let them know and they immediately addressed the issue. Maintenance came out, and the washer was replaced within just a couple of days. They have been very responsive and on top of everything, which has made the transition so much easier. I am very satisfied with my experience so far and would definitely recommend these apartments!
- HAHilda AlvaradoSep 6, 20261.0Aside from the single dumpster, the gym thats always broken, the poop everywhere even on the sidewalks, the key fobs that always break, the people who run the renters insurance are incompetent. I got the policy as specified and provided it. Months later assurant says I didnt include the interested party. I did. I try to get the office to help, they don't. Assurant threatens to get me a policy themselves and make me pay for it. I resend the exact same policy with zero changes and they say im good to go. Then a few months later guess what? Same thing AGAIN! SAME ISSUE. This place is ridiculous.
