- BBBrendaJul 14, 20261.0Thought this place was nice at first. But the problems and annoyances are a plenty. The ac/heat doesn't reach the bedrooms. They have one dumpster for the entire complex that gets emptied once per week. If it is full, you get a 50 dollar fine for your trash being next to it. They actually are so pathetic to go through the trash looking for evidence of ownership. They claim to fine dog litter but there is dog waste everywhere to the point it smells horrible during the summer. And the windows are so poorly insulated the smell travels indoors. The key fobs to the gym and pool stop working repeatedly, and replacements take a day to function. I could go on and on.
