  We rented the clubhouse for a baby shower, and the entire experience was wonderful. Management was terrific throughout the entire process—professional, helpful, and easy to work with. Everything turned out beautifully, and all of our guests had a great time. We truly appreciated all the effort that went into making the event so special.

  I came to Stone Gate Apartments looking for a place for my children and me, but I left feeling like I had already found home. Before I even parked, I took a slow drive around the property, and something about it felt familiar. Peaceful. Like I could breathe there. The property itself is simple and beautiful. Clean, bright, well-lit, and an overall sense of warmth is seen and felt. And then I met ✨️Atiya! ❤️ From the moment I walked in, her presence immediately put me at ease. I came in nervous, unsure, carrying a lot emotionally. Somehow, within minutes, I felt calm. Seen. Comfortable. She greeted me with such genuine warmth and kindness that it felt effortless to trust her. She took her time, answered every question with patience, and treated both me and my children with such care and attention. It was more than customer service, it was connection. The kind that makes you feel like you are already home. Atiya delivers what I can only describe as white-glove service, but even that doesn’t fully capture it. She’s simply one of those rare people who makes a lasting impact. I walked in looking for a place to live and walked out feeling excited about a future, new neighbors, and a community I truly want to be part of.

  Army Soldiers- do not rent here! The leasing mgr is one of the most incompetent people I have ever been subjected to. Very brash and arrogant. My son passed away in these apartments. I needed to enter the apt to get my son's Army uniforms so he could be buried in a Military funeral. He would not let me enter my son's apartment. But he was willing to let a cleaning crew go in there unsupervised. How trustworthy could they be? If you are Military, Please Do Not Rent Here. They do not have any respect for the Military.
