  Getting my house was a smooth process thanks to Justin, but about right after we moved in we seen cracks in the wall so we called and they had someone come out, the man that came out said it wasn’t cracks and sanded it well it was cracks that has gotten way worse so I texted the women and told her I needed someone out here to fix it and she said that “it’s not under warranty” and that cracks can happen ones the house settles when I tried to explain i told them when we first moved in about it she never responded,I also found a crack in my underpinning and it’s not under warranty

  Denver Treadway did a really excellent job in helping my husband and I explore the best options for our growing family! He was able to answer all of our questions and really took the time to be intentional with us! Thankful for our Oakwood experience!

  Wow Im not even sure where to start. But I can say Justin Morrow (our salesmen) and Spencer (project manager) are absolutely dedicated to their customers and to making sure their customers are happy. Our situation was very unique and complicated and we presented challenges in every step of the way from picking a model from a plant in TN that they don't deal with much, to special building codes and requirements because our property is in a flood plain, and a very challenging delivery getting it onto our property then getting two large covered decks built on to it, and even needing unique financing as we had to have two lenders to agree to work together on financing. We first talked with Justin in early 2024 when we decided it was time to upgrade our older home, we signed our first sales contract with Justin in late August 2024 to get things started but then Helene hit in September and flooded our home and neighborhood so I had to stop everything because I wasn't sure if we would be able to go back to our property to build. After months of waiting on the county to finally give us the OK we finally signed a second sales agreement and got things rolling again on the fist of November 2025 and Justin was right there ready to go, he never gave up on us in the months of waiting.. I wont go onto all the details and I cant say everything went smoothly because they didn't, in construction delays and hiccups happen and things slip through the cracks its just the nature of the beast when it comes to construction but I can say when something didn't go right Justin and Spencer were on it ASAP because they DO NOT like to see their customers unhappy. I know both of them put in some hard work to get our project done as quickly as possible and I couldn't have asked for a better team. Its hard to find people that are as dedicated to their customers as these two and Ill stand by them any day.. The only reql negative and It was no fault directly towards those two but I'm only giving four stars because the closing attorney they used (tuttle Associates) dropped the ball several times on a few things. It was long journey but we finally got it done and are settling into our new home

  Oakwood Homes is a great place to get a home the people there is great really there to help n make you feel right at home I thank them for all the help and love that they gave n also to Mr Denver Treadway great guy

  I honestly don’t even know where to start. I was purchasing a home that was semi ready when I started the process. It was just waiting on power, water, inspection and grass. Well, 2 months later I was still waiting on the same thing, along with waiting on the lender who kept changing the closing date. At first they told me everything would be ready by the end of April, so I didn’t renew my lease. Biggest mistake ever, into the 3rd week of May neither the house or the lender were ready. Which left me and my 3 kids without a home. Chris does lie a lot and so does American Pacific Mortgage. The houses are cheaply made and lenders will give you the highest rate possible. They actually tried to sell me a house that was advertised a 4 bedroom 2 bathrooms, but it was actually a 3 bedroom with a very small office space 😂 My salesperson was exactly that and nothing more, nobody on the same page not even with the lies. Honestly at their prices you would be better off buying a regular house.
