  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars Isn’t Enough! Moving to Tides of Shallotte has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! From the very beginning, Regina made this experience absolutely amazing. She was incredibly patient while I took my time deciding which apartment was the perfect fit for my family. She never made me feel rushed and was always available to answer every question I had. She followed up with me throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to make sure my move was as smooth and stress-free as possible. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference. The community itself is absolutely breathtaking! My apartment overlooks the water, and waking up every morning to those beautiful views is something I’ll never take for granted. The scenery is peaceful, relaxing, and simply stunning. The amenities here are unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. The saltwater pool is beautiful, and I love that they host Friday night concerts that bring everyone together. There’s a gorgeous clubhouse, gas grills for cookouts, a 24-hour fitness center, a recovery room with massage chairs, a yoga room, a coffee bar, pickleball courts, mini putt-putt, and even a pet spa! There is truly something here for everyone. What really makes Tides of Shallotte special, though, is the people. The staff genuinely cares about their residents. Every time we’re at the pool, someone from the office stops to chat with us, asks how we’re doing, and even surprises the kids with ice cream! It’s those little acts of kindness that make this place feel so much more than just an apartment community. The maintenance team is outstanding as well. Anytime I’ve ever needed anything, they’ve responded quickly and always with a smile. Everyone here goes above and beyond to make sure residents are happy. I’ve lived in different places over the years, but I’ve never felt so welcomed or cared for. At Tides of Shallotte, you’re not treated like a resident—you’re treated like family. I truly couldn’t imagine living anywhere else, and I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a beautiful place to call home. Thank you, Regina, and the entire Tides of Shallotte team, for creating such an incredible community. We absolutely love it here!

  I love living here. The amenities are amazing. Staff is wonderful. They really have a heart for the community as well. They’re always scheduling something fun for their residence.

  The staff is amazing, friendly and welcoming. I love how convenient the location is, close to everything but you feel secluded and private. The views from the pool are breathtaking over the marsh. The monthly events are great and have been a good way to meet new people. I have been happy to call this place my home.

  Love this place! Regina, at the front desk, was so sweet and helpful. She was very patient with all our questions and tours. (And there was alot.) She helped us find the right apartment that fit our family. The amenities are spot on. They also have extra curricular activities where game nights, concerts, and other fun events are always a blast had by all.

  Nicest apartment complex I've ever been to. They are all extremely nice and helpful, especially love Emaleth! They also do events often!
