  My husband and I recently purchased our first house here at 78 north. We had been eyeing the new development and decided to stop in. We were unsure about being able to purchase a home but Liz gave such a warm welcoming. She’s incredibly knowledgeable. We then started working with our amazing team Anthony & Beckett with NVR. Those guys were amazing!!! Answered all questions we had and worked hard getting us into a beautiful home for our family. Will was absolutely incredible as well giving us weekly updates on the building progress. They all made this first time experience for us nothing short of amazing!

  Liz and Nate have been wonderful to work with during our home buying process. Once Liz showed us floor plans, buyer incentives, and builder upgrades, we were all in! We looked forward to Nate’s weekly home updates. He always gave an update on the entire home, and explained the next phase. This was especially nice since we lived an hour away. Liz and Nate always responded in a timely manner when we had questions and concerns. They also welcomed and encouraged us to visit our home during the building process (which we did). My husband and I appreciate Liz and Nate for keeping in touch and going above and beyond to ensure we love our new home. Now that we’re settling in, we know we made the right decision (we love it)!

  Working with Liz was a pleasure she was very helpful for the purchase of my new house. Also she was really nice to us, She was very kind to everything, when ever i have a question she was always there to answer them. I would recommend her 100%!!!!!

  My husband and I were in the market to purchase a new construction home and after several searches we came across Ryan Homes 78 North community. The community piqued our interest because of their various home designs, sizes, and affordable prices. We reached out to the Ryan team members Liz (Customer Service Rep.), Allison (Loan Manager), and Nate (Project Manager) for assistance and decided on the Hazel Home because of the spacing and accommodation the home provided for our family and friends. As a first-time homebuyer, all three team members provided great customer service from answering all questions and being available to us when we needed them to walking us through the construction process. Thank you, Ryan Homes, for making this dream a reality.

  **Won't you be our neighbor?** My husband and I highly recommend working with Elizabeth (Sales), Nate (PM), Allison (Mortgage), and the rest of the 'Ryan Homes at 78 North' team. We visited NC in July 2023 and fell in love, so we started planning a move. We spoke with a few builders while there, but the Ryan Homes folks were the most welcoming and made sure we were kept in the loop about opportunities. When they informed us that 78 North was about to open up, we inquired immediately! From the start, Liz was responsive and patient with all our questions. She never tried to upsell us or pressure us in any way. She gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision and let us decide what was best for us. And she is just as excited to be part of our new adventure as we are! Allison made the mortgage application process easy and her guidance through everything has been invaluable. Nate is just getting started on this process with us, but judging from our 'road map' meeting with him, we know he is going to be easy to work with. He is sending us updates every Friday and we are so excited to see the building of our new home.
