  From a wooded lot to a finished home, our experience with Clayton Homes has been very positive. Kathy has been extremely helpful from the very beginning and throughout the entire process. I’ve had a lot of questions along the way, and she has always responded with patience, kindness, and a friendly attitude. I’ve never felt like I was bothering her, no matter how many questions I had. Thomas was also very helpful, especially when it came to answering questions and taking care of the final details and finishing touches. One of the things I appreciate most is that the project costs were exactly what I was told they would be. There were no unexpected surprises. The work was completed professionally, and whenever I had a question or concern about something being done, it was discussed and addressed. The final grading and rock driveway were completed exactly as we had discussed, and I was very pleased with how the property was left when the work was finished. I was also impressed with the contractors Clayton used. Everyone I dealt with was professional and easy to work with. When I wanted additional work done that was outside the original scope, they were willing to work with me at what I felt were very fair prices. One example was having them return to remove additional trees elsewhere on the property that were not part of the original job. From clearing a wooded property to putting the final touches on our new home, the entire experience has been straightforward and professional. Kathy, Thomas, the Clayton Homes staff, and all of the contractors involved have made what could have been a stressful project a surprisingly smooth and enjoyable experience.

  Beth at Clayton Homes was one of the most helpful people I have encountered during the process of selling our home. Great person to deal with. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

  1st off I have to say that Will ,is a great guy. He took me to look at a few homes. No rush, pressure or boredom. Once I explained my reason for my visit, we sat down. He told me the procedures that I needed to do. When I was ready to go I felt informed and realized it was a process. He told me that he would be available if I needed him. That was comforting. Thank you 🌟

  Oh where do I begin? I went into Clayton off Roxboro’s office. There is where I met Millicent Shaw Fuller. She showed me several homes. She was very friendly. The homes were all beautiful so I needed to decided which one would work for me and my budget. At the time they had a great incentive which also helped with my decision. Once I started the process, everyone was fabulous. If I asked Milly for something that I wanted in the house her stock answer was “Sure not a problem “. She would keep me updated on what was going on with the house. From Mike Whitt who dug my foundation to Jason and Jackie who were there in the office to answer my questions if Milly wasn’t there. Of course there is Roger McCarter who is “the man” If you’re not happy , he’s not happy. Whatever it takes to get it done right. Their whole staff were absolutely amazing. Their contractors were friendly & helpful as well from my brick guy(who even came on the weekend to get the job done). Wayne who put in my back porch was very accommodating. Kathy who came for the walkthrough was super sweet and helped point out the things that needed to get fixed. I briefly met Donny who is also willing to take care of the uprooted trenches in the front & back yard (tons of rain....which makes for a muddy mess) I need to wait on that until it dries. Then their “Allstar” Lenny who is a Jack of all trades from electric, plumbing, & carpentry. He is there to take care of all the hiccups. He goes above and beyond what you would expect. Do you see the common words here? Friendly and accommodating ! It was a pleasure doing business with them. I am so excited with my new home. So many extras that came with the house: trey ceiling, fan, farm sink, crown molding(even in the closets) blinds, folding table in the laundry room with a sink. It is beautiful ! The kitchen and master bathroom is what sold me on this home. Love love love my home😍💕
