- JBJames BarnwellFeb 21, 20241.0Almost 15 months in our home now many items still not fixed from moving in they blame factory and factory blames home Center no one willing to Take responsibility and get work done roof had structure failure two places sub floor was deficient just now getting intire roof redone and repaired and this night mare still going on a lot finger pointing And talk not much action they act like doesn't matter when or if they get around to it I guess they just hope we will get tired go away LOL not happing but neither is a good rating after such terrible product quality control and response
