  I had a great experience touring these apartments. Brittany was very welcoming, energetic, friendly, and knowledgeable during my tour. She made the tour so much fun and truly brightened my day since I went around lunchtime. Thank you, Brittany, for everything!

  Brittany magnum has been extremely helpful anytime I’ve had questions or issues. She is always professional, patient, and quick to assist with anything I need. Her communication is excellent, and she genuinely cares about helping residents and making sure concerns are handled properly. It’s refreshing to work with someone so friendly and dependable.   As a first-time apartment renter, I wasn't sure what to expect, but the Village Town Center team has exceeded my expectations. Brittany Magnum has been a standout since day one. She has a great way of connecting with people and is a total joy to work with. What I appreciate most is her attitude toward problem-solving. No place is perfect, but when issues come up, she addresses them head-on without getting defensive or taking it personally. It makes a world of difference. Shout out to Dklovia James as well for being part of such a great management team. Highly recommend!

  Brittany is absolutely wonderful! From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, always taking the time to answer my questions and make sure I felt comfortable. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out. If you’re looking for someone who truly goes above and beyond, Brittany is the one. Highly recommend!

  This place is constantly short staffed, always sending emails to residents LATE at night, lately the office opens LATE. The manager stated the pool won’t be open this year, her demeanor is the most unprofessional and has no energy to tend to residents… slowly going DOWN HILL for sure. The trash is out of control, maintenance is horrible as well and the only excuse is because they’re short staff. The high turnover in the office staff is CONCERNING. In the last year the amount of leasers and assistant managers going through is HIGH. Again if you’re looking for an office that cares to resolve things this complex is not IT. Brittany is nice but that’s about it.
