My husband & I have been residents for over 3 years & we truly enjoy living here. The amenities are great & theres a large , beautiful, well maintained raleigh city park across the street. Nicole is awesome! She is on top of every request, sees to every need ! Staff is prompt for any and all maintenance concerns. The grounds stay beautifully landscaped & the area is so close to everything you could need within walking or less than 5 min drive. We love living here!

I had such a great experience touring these apartments today with Brittany! She was absolutely amazing and gave me so much helpful information throughout the entire tour. Her energy was everything so welcoming, positive, and genuine. Honestly, her energy alone would make you want to live here! She really made the whole experience enjoyable and left such a great impression on me. Thank you, Brittany, for making my tour such a great experience!

Horrible Horrible place to live in it’s constantly filthy with trash everywhere in the parking lot and stairs. I’ve complain and made a police report there people constantly breaking into cars and the manger not once mention to the residence on the app. If you live here be careful it’s the teenager in the neighborhood that are breaking into the cars I’ve seen them more then once .

I recently moved in and would like to compliment the maintenance team, especially Benjie and Ethan, for their thoroughness and patience. Benjie did an excellent job explaining everything clearly and making sure I understood the reasons behind each step, which I truly appreciate. Brittany was incredibly sweet and personable, and she stayed on top of everything throughout the entire move-in process. Tiffany also did an great job ensuring that I understood the documents I was signing and how things work within the community. I love my unit and the view from my apartment. The community is in a convenient location with many stores nearby, which is another major plus.
