  The biggest problem I had with this place was the leasing office but has very recently been put under new management. Amenities are never available, gym is not 24 hours and pool has been open a total of 2 weeks in the two years that ive been here. The leasing staff was hardly ever in the office, they never answer the phones and emails went unanswered. New management heard me out on the issues but I wont be able to see if things take a turn. The community is fairly quiet, though the walls are very thin, can almost hear whole conversations at times. There have been numerous neighbors i've heard from that have roach and what they suspect is mold issues and I was told by an internet provider that it once was a huge problem. I have seen a few but i wouldn't say my apartment itself had issues. I have although have had suspected mold issues and growth on and in my ventilation system. Lots of community events that are nice. Food pantry on sight. Outreach resources available at the project access building. Parking isnt bad. Never concerned walking at night. Maintenance is very responsive. Neighbors are pretty considerate. Weekends can be a little active with some music but never after dark. Be mindful of notices that are sent because numerous "eviction" notices were put into my account despite it not being accurate. Papers would say I was late on rent but the total on the notice would be 0$ though my account was still marked as if I was late. The language in the notices were also scary and I wonder what residents they may have lost with incorrect processes being written. I also believe the mass majority of these reviews are actually reviews from their text system on when you have a maintenance issue. but thats neither here nor there.
