- HLHeather Lane1 day ago5.0My husband and I really enjoyed living here! The staff is amazing! Nicky was always ready to help anytime we had a question or needed something. The maintenance team was quick and always friendly. The amenities are really nice and I like the events they had every month. The grounds are kept up really nicely and everything was communicated really well. Also, you can’t beat the location! It was a great experience living here.
- JJJ4 days ago5.0I've lived here for 15 months in a studio, and the space has worked out perfectly for the two of us and our dog. Maintenance requests, like filter replacements, are usually handled the same day or the next morning. The staff are friendly and professional, and the buildings and grounds are consistently clean. The amenities are well maintained, and the neighbors are quiet. The building requires a key fob for entry, which adds a real sense of security. My unit is next to an entrance, so you can hear the door at times, but personally I don't find it too bothersome. The location is close to downtown Raleigh but calm. There's a 24-hour CVS within walking distance, and a small shopping center nearby with restaurants, a brunch spot, and an ice cream shop. Of the apartments I've lived in, this has been one of the best.
