  Don’t drive 15 hours to move and then leave your second vehicle. Unbelievable that you can’t even park one night without a pass and then have your car towed despite being up for damn near 24 hours. And then having to pay to get your vehicle out. Money making scheme much. I mean give people a little room. Absolutely appalling behavior. Also to use a tow company that is so poorly rated and is clearly a scam doesn’t say much about this place as a company or place to live. Do better! 8/17/26 Update I do live here maybe it’s not under my name but my husbands and you didn’t respond to his email he sent to you. We have been staying at the Keaton since July 16th. We registered all our vehicles and signed a contract which he sent in the email. With your response and lack of communication about this you would’ve had a better rating from me but all I’m seeing is a money making scam. You utilize a towing company with extremely awful reviews and predatory practices. That’s not ok. And your response is not ok. And also the next time you have to drive that long I hope you make sure you thoroughly at 5 am after driving for 15 hours you make sure you understand the rules.

  PLEASE READ PRIOR TO MOVING IN – Future & current tenants alert The Keaton has been a great place to live—it's in a convenient location, well-maintained, and has a friendly community. Unfortunately, I moved out a little over a month ago and the billing/move-out process has been disappointing and bizarre. The initial move-out inspection report (photo attached) explicitly stated the carpet was clean and did NOT require replacement. However, management later reached out claiming a 3rd party vendor found the carpet to be "severely worn out." Management is now attempting to charge me a $565+ damage fee for this replacement. "Severely worn out" describes ordinary wear and tear, not tenant-caused damage. For future and current tenants, please protect yourself and know your rights: under N.C. Gen. Stat. § 42-52, landlords cannot charge tenants or withhold funds for conditions due to normal wear and tear. Furthermore, charging for damage after issuing an official, signed move-out report clearing the property is completely unacceptable. It is very disappointing that management's handling of this move-out ledger has ruined what was otherwise a very positive living experience. Document everything if you live here.

  My daughter recently moved to The Keaton, and she absolutely loves living here! She relocated from Apex because she wanted to be closer to family, and Brier Creek turned out to be the perfect midpoint. The location truly couldn't be better. You're just minutes from shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, parks, walking trails, the airport, and just about anything else you could need. The property itself is gorgeous, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. What really stands out, though, is the staff. They've been friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process, making her feel right at home. If you're looking for a beautiful community in an unbeatable location with an exceptional team, The Keaton is definitely worth considering!

  The place looked cute on my first weekend visits to my boyfriend's 1BR—until reality hit. That "resort-style" pool was comically tiny and scary for the rent, like they built it as an afterthought. Tesla chargers? Always broken, because why prioritize working amenities? Mall noise and rowdy neighbors blasted through paper walls and tissue floors, waking us like a bad alarm clock every time. Pictures are total liars. Only the airport is convenient—everything else? Nope. Management never put tenants first: endless excuses, slow responses, and nickel-and-diming even post-move-out. He escaped after a few months. We're now thriving in a well-run complex far from Graystar. If you're not doing month-to-month, keep looking—this one's a silly joke.
