- QPQuentesa PierceSep 24, 20225.0The Falls is a peaceful and friendly community. The apartment complex maintains cleanliness and residents mind their business. Maintenance addressed my requests within the first week of me moving-in after I submitted my move-in checklist. I love the variety and quality of the amenities (playground, tennis court, gym, pool, grills, business center, clubhouse). Things I would change: office hours, clubhouse hours & add an aesthetically appealing gate around the tennis court to keep the geese from pooping on the court.
