  I had such a great experience working with Tyrus at The Dartmouth Apartments. He truly went above and beyond to help me get into my apartment and made the entire process so much less stressful. He stayed late just to make sure I was able to get my keys and settled in, which meant so much to me. It’s rare to find someone who is that patient, professional, responsive, and genuinely willing to help. You can tell he really cares about the residents and takes pride in what he does. I’m extremely grateful for all of his help and highly recommend asking for Tyrus if you’re looking at The Dartmouth!

  I mean, I can’t think of a better place to live. From management to tenants. I looked at other places between leases but this place is home. Great events. Very clean. Very responsive team. Highly recommend. Great dog park. Tyrus also is the best property manager I’ve come in contact with, I’ve lived in 3 cities at 8 different apartments.

  I absolutely love living at Dartmouth! The managers are always incredibly friendly and helpful. Maintenance is super quick. The amenities are great and always in good shape. My apartment is flawless and very high quality. And the location cannot be beat! I have zero complaints and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone.

  It's been a year since I've moved and here I am extending for an additional year! It's been a great experience thus far and a convenient location with tons of things to do around. I have a one bedroom that over looks the street with a cute little balcony. Apartment has beautiful wood floors, everything is new in terms of electronic devices, beautifully lit, and great windows to bring in the light.Throughout the first year there has a been a transition in the management, a new staff was brought in and that was a moment of "Um, what just happened? :|" I've got to admit though Amanda and Jenn at the leasing take customer service to the next level! their friendly approach and attentiveness is striking, I drop by the leasing office often for packages or requests, they are always super nice and rush to help with anything. Looking forward to a great new year at the Dartmouth and their fab team!
