  It’s such a shame that a beautiful building with a great location is managed so poorly. The community manager does not Act responsible for anything and does not concern herself with solving any problem. The regional manager is nit responsive. Overall terrible customer service.

  Rude and unresponsive management. Our 2 cars have been towed in this building's parking lot, even though we had them registered before.

  Terrible management. regional manager is nonexistent, the leasing office staff leave at any desired time, and the office is closed most of the time. the building is falling apart with leaks everywhere, broken elevator and broken garage doors all the time

  MOLD IN MY UNIT! As a new resident, my experience has been less than ideal. Just over a month after the start of my lease, I returned from a 2-week trip only to find that there is mold growing around all of my ceiling vents, the border of my refrigerator, and some patches of the ceilings and walls. While I was away, my air conditioner broke, allowing whatever previously existing bacteria or moisture to manifest into colonies of mold in my apartment. After this discovery, I immediately reached out to the maintenance and staff. They claim that there is no mold in my apartment or elevated humidity levels, simply excess condensation. However, it is hard to believe that condensation can appear on walls as green spiraled colonies. Especially when I have not been provided any formal test results, despite my requests. This is extremely important to me because of my severe allergies to mold. Allergies that I have expressed and provided proof of. I have since inquired about relocating to a unit of the same size, on a lower floor. However, I was told that if I wish to move, I am expected to pay the higher market rate. This is an unfair expectation considering that the growth of this bacteria in my apartment is of no fault of my own. I even spent the extra money to keep the AC on while I was away to prevent any issues of this sort. So, I have written a formal request for a unit transfer with no extra fees or charges. I will be providing updates on how they choose to respond.
