  Living at St. Albans Lofts has truly been the best apartment living experience I’ve ever had! Not only are the amenities amazing, but the leasing staff is incredible. They have made our experience here so much more enjoyable, especially compared to previous apartment communities where we never truly felt welcomed or connected to the staff. Sara was the one who originally showed us around and was so patient with all of our questions. She took the time to show us several different units until we found the one that felt right for us. She is truly amazing and such a sweet soul. She brings so much warmth and positivity to the building, and we’re always so happy to see her! Alyssa and Emilie are also incredibly kind, helpful, and always so welcoming! They’re always happy to help with anything we need and make every interaction feel warm and personal. We genuinely appreciate how friendly and caring they both are. You couldn't ask for a better leasing staff with the three of them! A huge plus for us is that even our dog absolutely loves everyone in the leasing office! They’re always so welcoming whenever we stop by to say hi or need anything, and it really makes the building feel that much more like home. Overall, the building feels safe, clean, and very well cared for, and it genuinely feels like home. My husband and I are so glad we found St. Albans Lofts and couldn’t be happier living here!

  We have been living at the St. Albans Lofts since June, 2026 and are delighted across the board. We feel that the building was well constructed and the internal fit and finish of our apartment is of very high quality for a rental. Facilities, amenities and parking are excellent. The building is very clean and well maintained. We are both retired, have owned many homes across the USA and recently have lived Europe for several years. I believe that our standards and expectations are very high. What stands out most is the property management team and building staff. They are friendly, helpful, professional, well organized, very timely with their response times, and have excellent follow through. I think that from a customer service standpoint, Apple has been our benchmark gold standard over the years and we believe it that the St Albans management team absolutely measures up. The neighborhood and location is attractive, safe, convenient, pedestrian friendly, and not frenetic. Most of our neighbors are much younger than us. We find them to be polite, courteous, friendly and helpful. Overall, we give the community a 9.8 out of 10. Nothings is perfect, so we never give 10’s but could consider doing so in this case!

  I’ve had a great experience at Saint Albans Lofts. The community is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, and the atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming. Highly recommend Saint Albans Lofts

  I have lived at St. Albans Lofts for about 9 months and absolutely love the community. The amenities are fabulous and the management team on the ground is the absolute best. Their response time to even the smallest issue is lightening fast. Residents are polite, friendly, and everyone is respectful of each other's space. I would recommend without reservation -- I credit the staff for making St. Albans feel like it's the best place in Raleigh to live. :)

  Thank you, Sara! I must say that Sara was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of securing my home at St. Albans. She assisted me in choosing my amazing unit and even waited for me after the leasing office closed on Saturday to hand me my keys. She knew the office would be closed on Sunday and checked in with me to ensure I had my keys. I am truly grateful for the hospitality Sara displayed throughout the entire experience.
