  This place is a hidden gem and the rent decent! I miss living here! Quiet, reserved and the landscaping made it a beautiful scenery. The lake in the backyard (my favorite part) and the pool was relaxing. Decent size gym... Shout Out Emely for the great customer service and making me feel welcomed!

  Five stars for just the touring experience alone. I found these apartments on a whim while looking to move out of my current lease, called and made an appointment for same-day viewing. Emely was amazing from the start. Nothing about our tour, felt like she was trying sell to me. Spoke to me like she was talking to a close friend and being honest about what they can offer what they have, and was so sweet going above and beyond to make things work with me. I fell in love with an apartment that was ready earlier than I was ready to move in, and along with Emely, the management team found a way to give me exactly what I was praying for. Emely was so communicative and transparent through the entire process, left clear voicemails, sent emails in a timely manner and really just made the whole process easy and enjoyable. This has been the best experience of finding a new place and I am beyond grateful. Before move in there were a few things I wanted to have double checked/fixed. Emely(being as amazing as she is) let me know that they would be taken care of and promptly noted them down, along with giving updates when maintenance wasn’t around due to weather. Even after move in, with maintenance requests, and communication the entire team has been great. My requests never go unfixed for more than a day, IF that. It is an older complex so there are a few cosmetic and structural flaws but I am so happy here. The lake is beautiful, everyone I’ve met neighbor wise has been soooo sweet, it’s quiet and doesn’t seem to have a lot going on. Genuinely a nice slice of heaven while being close to the city. A huge thank you to Emely and the rest of the team for their hospitality and service xx

  Went there today to tour apartment and an appointment. Waiting for a while then maintenance person came up and let us know she would be back shortly from a late lunch. Waiting until after 4 and no one came. What a waste of time and not a good first look. Would be cautious renting from this location. Looks like others had similar experience. The reply from Sailboat Bay Apartments is not correct and if we did not have an appointment why did the leasing agent have the maintenance person come to let us know she was taking a very "late lunch" and would be back shortly of which we waiting another 15 minutes and still no leasing agent. ONCE AGAIN I WILL SAY RENTER BEWARE OF THIS PLACE AND READ THE REVIEWS AND NOT THE DISMISIVE RESPONSES FROM THE COMPANY.
