  Just wanted to shout out Skylar (property manager) and Emily (leasing agent) for going above and beyond during my transfer to a larger unit. They were incredibly helpful, accommodating, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Really grateful for the experience and excited to be here—this level of care doesn’t go unnoticed!

  After having to move super quickly for another job Skyler did an amazing job helping me get everything set up with payments, leave and transitioning out to another state it was absolutely amazing and I 110% recommend sailboat Bay if you're looking to move to the Raleigh area or if you're already here they are the absolute best the amenities are amazing everyone is friendly 10 out of 10.

  I had a tour scheduled this afternoon at 1pm, i drove two hours to get there and the leasing office was locked and closed. I waited 15 minutes and no one answered or ever opened. I called on my way back home and was met with nothing but the excuse of we didn’t open til 1 so if you were here right at 1 i was not here yet no apologies for the inconvenience.

  I rented my apartment sight unseen - but it was WORTH it. Not only is the complex well kept and in a beautiful quiet setting, the office staff has been amazing. I spoke with Emily twice in one day about an issue I was having with my resident account and we finally got it working. But she still took the few minutes before she closed the office that day to check in on me and make sure I was good to go. That speaks volumes coming from someone who's family has worked in leasing/maintenance all their lives. Maintenance has also been ON TOP of everything. Within 20 minutes, I have had work being done on issues I needed fixed. Wonderful staff!

  We lived at Sailboat for over 2 years. Great staff and friendly service crew. Enjoyed walking the lake,cooking out,taking a dip in the pool. Our dog lived out her final days here and could not get enough of the dog park and trot around Lake Lynn. Great location and awesome neighbors. Cheers! Tom
