I have to give a big shoutout to the new management here at Rose Heights. I moved in here in August of 2025, and at the beginning had some issues with prior management. I brought what I felt were reasonable requests to them, and was essentially dismissed. My dryer was taking 3 or more runs to get a load of clothes dry. I told the previous manager I felt like there might be lint built up in the lint hose (fire hazard!), and she did the bare minimum to “fix” the issue, which did nothing. A few months later, a team came to routinely clear out the lint traps in our building, and lo and behold : my dryer was working again. I felt so dismissed and ignored, especially because it proved my concerns were valid and yet I was not heard. I also spent a year hand washing dishes because they were unwilling to even consider replacing a very old and dirty dishwasher for me, because it TECHNICALLY ran. When renewal time came around, I was torn because I LOVE the area (you cannot beat the convenience of this location), my unit is great with minimal issues, and rent is very reasonable - but I was worried if I brought my issues to management, I would be dismissed again, and I couldn’t stand the idea of going another year feeling like if anything happened I was on my own.
That was NOT the case this time around. I first spoke with Julia in the office, who was extremely empathetic and understanding. She helped me to set up a meeting with Sasha, who was WONDERFUL and so so helpful. She is truly a breath of fresh air compared to my last meeting with management. She heard me and truly listened, and assured me she would do everything she could to help me resolve my issues and feel comfortable and happy in my home. Within a few days, Malcom with maintenance approved my request with no questions asked, came and double checked the dryer was not blocked just in case (even though I hadn’t had issues again), and I had a brand new dishwasher installed before the week was up. I also just recently had the AC unit go out around 11 pm on a Friday night. I called the emergency line, and heard back within minutes. He was willing to come right then, but I told him I didnt mind waiting until the morning. So he came as soon as possible the next morning, around 8:30 am, so my family and I would be comfortable and cool in the heat wave. I feel so grateful to have management who is open to listening and willing to help their residents, and a maintenance team who is so prompt and professional. Even something as small as having a dishwasher again has improved my life in ways I can’t fully express, and I am so happy to renew another year!
Thank you again to Sasha, Julia, Malcom, and everyone else at Rose Heights who is working to make a change for everyone living here!

The staff here is great, they work hard to enforce the basic apartment rules (i.e. no smoking, using the correct recycle bins, etc) which is greatly appreciated. Maintenance requests are usually filled immediately. This is a good place to live.

I have lived here over 6 years. Maintenance crew are the best!! The leasing manager Teresa and assistant Melody have done a lot to make Rose Heights a nice place to live. They both are helpful with lots of things. They make it a community. I have read other comments on here and all people are doing are complaining. If you do what the lease states there shouldn’t be problems.
Recently Teresa and Melody have been let go and I don’t understand why?? They have done a lot to make this place better!
Let’s hope whoever is taking over can do a good job.
We have had a great experience while working with management, more specially, Teresa. Communication has been excellent and prompt and all questions were answered. I look forward to our continued relationship

I’ve lived here for six years. The first few years were genuinely great—quiet, respectful, and well-managed. That all changed a few years ago when a woman named Teresa took over management, and living here has steadily become miserable ever since.
She is consistently condescending, hides behind a fake smile, and speaks to residents as if we’re children rather than adults paying rent. Communication feels less like management and more like harassment—endless emails full of unnecessary junk and tone-deaf messaging that adds stress instead of clarity.
What makes it worse is the atmosphere she’s created. You can feel the lack of respect. I would bet money that residents are mocked or talked about behind closed doors, because that’s exactly how she carries herself—dismissive, judgmental, and entirely unprofessional.
I don’t write reviews lightly, and I’m a very reasonable person. I tolerated this for years hoping things would improve. They didn’t. They got worse.
So please—if you’re apartment hunting and considering this place, choose somewhere else. Seriously. Save yourself the frustration, the stress, and the regret. If you ignore this warning, you will find out the hard way.
Don’t be a fool, I hope the owners will read this and get rid of her but I can hope in one hand.
