  Fantastic apartment community in the best location. Tucked between the Warehouse District, Boylan Heights neighborhood, and Downtown Fayetteville District. Close to Raleigh’s best restaurants, bars, and parks. The management team is also the best there is and have been supportive since day 0. Shoutout Wes, Megan, and Jordan! The amenity spaces are refined and units are thoughtfully finished. Kudos to the design team. We love living here.

  I’ve had such a wonderful experience at Oldham and Worth! The community is always clean, beautifully designed, and feels incredibly well cared for. The attention to detail throughout the property really sets it apart and makes it such a great place to call home. Jordan made the experience even better. From the very beginning, she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and intuitive. She made the leasing and move-in process feel effortless and was always helpful and responsive along the way. Moving can be stressful, but Jordan made my transition such a positive experience. She’s truly an asset to the community, and I couldn’t recommend both her and Oldham and Worth enough!

  My experience at Oldham and Worth has been nothing short of exceptional! The community itself is absolutely gorgeous, and I truly appreciate the attention to detail that has gone into perfecting every corner of the community. From the moment I toured, Megan went above and beyond to provide every detail I needed, making sure I felt informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. Her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine kindness made a lasting impression. The apartments are spacious and thoughtfully designed, the amenities are outstanding, and the welcoming and attentive team make the decision to call Oldham and Worth home a no-brainer. The combination of an incredible team and a beautifully maintained community makes Oldham and Worth the textbook definition of the perfect new home! I couldn’t recommend Oldham and Worth more highly!

  I’ve lived at Oldham & Worth since it opened, and I could not have had a better experience so far! Everyone in the leasing office is so friendly and incredibly helpful. They are always available to help with even the smallest things, and have made me feel welcome since the very beginning. The amenities are always clean and are never too crowded for use, and the resident events have outstanding turnouts. It’s been great getting to know all of my neighbors, whether that be at the pool, the events, or in the rooftop overlook. My apartment has a fantastic view of downtown, and its location is perfect for being close to all of the action while still living in a quiet neighborhood. Cannot recommend this place more to anyone wanting to move to downtown Raleigh

  I love living at Oldham & Worth! The apartment is beautiful, the building is amazing, and the amenities are awesome. The location is ideal, too. It’s in an up-and-coming part of downtown Raleigh, close to The Pit, Sam Jones BBQ, Morgan Street Food Hall, and plenty of nightlife. Shopping downtown, in North Raleigh, and south in Garner is also easy to reach. What really makes this place special is the staff. Wes made the entire leasing experience feel easy and welcoming from the start. Jordan even helped us get our sofa into the apartment! Everyone has been so kind, helpful, and genuinely invested in making this feel like home. They also plan wonderful community events, including brunch and a cookout, that give residents a chance to get to know one another. I can’t say enough good things about the people or the place!
