  If I could give this place zero stars I would This place is filthy. Customer service is horrible. They could care less if you’re burning up in your apartment or not and it looks trashy outside so let’s start from when I tour and I should’ve just ran away. I was shown in evicted unit. Yes evicted still had the notice from the Raleigh police department on the door. The lady that did my tour then tells me that she does have her son with her at work and if I wasn’t OK with him coming on the tour, I would have to reschedule. I should’ve just left in but me needing to move fast I toured I applied. I got approved. A few weeks later I’m questioning the gate. I moved here because it was a gated community. I then kept getting the runaround from Dallas, who kept pulling shit out of her ass that didn’t make any sense parts need to be ordered blah blah blah it was like this all the time the gate worked maybe three days out of the year that I had lived here. Then you have people working on cars in their garages in the parking space is taking up parking. I would go down there and tell Dallas again. She asked me to send her pictures and videos and then tell me there’s nothing that they could do because they had to get their lawyer involved. Well in a year, you guys still haven’t corrected that. Fast-forward to July 2, which was the last straw of me living here I put in a request for my AC they did not come look at my apartment until July 10 prior to them coming They tried to tell me that my AC was working without them coming to actually look at it. I then called them because it was 80° in my apartment. They came in to then tell me that it was broken well no shit. I told you that last week the maintenance man put the AC unit in the window and says to me I’ll be back sometime next week. Well he never came back. I went down to the leasing office about a week and a half later and was told that there was no notes but maybe parts needed to be ordered. Well I’m no genius but if parts needed to be ordered, wouldn’t it be in the notes? I was then told that I was not priority at this point I was pissed so I contacted corporate. I was in put in touch with Becky. When I say she is the nicest person ever. She listened to me she had no idea any of this is going on in the complex so hopefully they’ll get it together. The AC was not fixed until July 31 and this was only because after the third-party vendor came to look at the air because their maintenance people couldn’t seem to do it. I contacted them again because it still wasn’t fixed. I turned in my keys today and Dallas couldn’t even look my way because she know she’s wrong. After my second interaction with her she wouldn’t look my way when I went in there. Even when she was the only one in there she hesitated to get her ass up from her desk. Maybe one day someone will hold her accountable and she’ll not look at you like your stupid when you walk in the office. Hopefully the next tenant they’ll treat better.

  When I first moved to this community, the property was so beautiful. Three months later after staying here, the property has gone down so much to the point. I am so embarrassed to live here. Management said that they’re going fix things which never happens. The maintenance Greg is great considering he’s the only maintenance here. After being here two years we have had three property managers, none of whom cared. I’m not getting the service I pay for. I’m in a gated community with no gate. The lawn service is awful. The weeds have taken over the grass, bushes haven’t been cut. If you’re looking for a nice clean environment with well kept lawn service. Please do not move here..

  If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Over the last two months, I spent a significant amount of time at this property, and I am being completely honest when I say I would never recommend living here. Everything I'm sharing is based on what I personally observed. I also spoke with several residents who shared many of the same concerns about the property's cleanliness and overall condition. One of the biggest problems is the trash. Dumpsters were frequently overflowing, garbage bags were left on the ground, and trash was scattered throughout the property. I personally witnessed leaking garbage, overflowing dumpsters, and even maggots and cockroaches around the trash bins and compactor. The photos I've included don't even show the worst of it. These conditions are unsanitary and unhealthy and should not be considered acceptable for any apartment community. The property also appears poorly maintained. Common areas often looked neglected, and issues seemed to go unresolved for long periods. The overall environment felt dirty and uninviting rather than clean and well cared for. If you're someone who values amenities like the gym, don't expect much. The gym is very small, disorganized, and had an unpleasant odor whenever I went inside. I used the restroom there once, and it was enough that I never wanted to use it again. The toilet wasn't working properly, and the restroom was not clean. Overall, this was not a peaceful or well-maintained community from what I experienced. If you're looking for a clean, quiet place to live where management takes pride in the property, I would strongly encourage you to consider other options. Based on everything I personally observed, I could not recommend living here.
